booked the executive room and got dulux room ( in other hotel they upgrade the room and in this hotel they demoted the room ). no amenities in room and very dirty room and washroom , there was spitted at most of the Cornners of the room .

In my absence he came to my room and took my luggage away and when I asked he said that he had to service the AC and needed the chair in the room... this is wrong... what would I have done if some of my luggage had gone missing... and he also charged me extra money

Very bad experience. Never stay in this hotel, they have written that they are 3-Star but it not even worth 1-Star. The rooms are very small. There is only 1 bed in their entire rooms. No accommodation for 3 people. The rooms are unhygienic and no amenities provided at all. You can book other good hotels which is just opposite to it. The staff is also very rude. There was smell of cigarette all over the place.
