Hotel Elite

Elite is a well known old Hotel Elite in guruvayoor east nada where i have stayed multiple times during my childhood days. Location of the Hotel Elite is the main highlight, as it is just around 200 mts from the temple and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is also a perfect place for those travel-ling by public transport as the Hotel Elite is just 100-200 mts away from the private bus and auto stand. Room charges are also reasonable, though it has the old design and furniture as it is an old Hotel Elite. However, it is value for money as the price is still lower compared to some of the good Hotel Elites in the vicinity. The only irritant was the staff. Looks like they are new to the online world and did not seem comfortable with the new way of booking. To start with, the staff at reception said that i have booked 3-bed non-ac even though my booking was for 3-bed ac. I had to show my booking voucher from mm t to convince her. Then the Hotel Elite refused to charge the restaurant bill to the room and said that i have to settle it immediately as it is online booking (they charge the bill to the room for direct booking. That sounded discriminatory and showed trust deficit towards online booking. I didn't want to create a scene so just paid and settled but i was not amused with the attitude of the staff, and my only suggestion to them would be to not accept online booking if you don't have the maturity to deal with it. I am sure you don't want to hurt the sentiment of your guests. I still give an overall "good" rating for the old time sake + location + value for money.

Room is quite near to the temple with a reasonably big parking space in front. I stayed in an ac. Room. Room was clean with clean bed linen. There was provision for hot water and bath room and toilet were kept clean. Can't say much about the room service as availed the service for only one morning coffee which was served promptly. There is a vegetarian restaurant attached to the Hotel Elite but as i didn't visit it can't say anything about it. For rs. 3, 500. 00 for one day it was okay. The main advantage as i see is the proximity to the temple.

The stay at elite Hotel Elite was good. The pros for this property are: convenient location near the east entrance of the temple, bus and rely stations. Attached pur veg restaurant spacious room cons: management needs to look into the room cleanliness a little more. Toilet also needs improvement i would recommend this property to people going for darshan mainly for it's location and okay amenities.

It has been a great experience to stay at Hotel Elite elite, guruvayoor for a day. The stay was closest to east nada. Also many restaurants are nearby. The hospitality was so good. The rooms were spacious enough, the sheets were clean. Even though the wash rooms were a bit old, they were well maintained. Thank you for such a nice stay. It's the image we took in the corridor of the stay.

Whenever I visit Guruvayoor I used to stay in Elite Hotel Elite because it is convenient to go t temple. This time also I stayed there. I am satisfied with the facilities provided and the behaviour of the staff. But only difference of opinion is that my family arrived around 11.30 a.m . we were made to wait there some time. this can be avoided Thanks. Parthasarathy.

Very comfortable experience of staying. Staff is very friendly, especially the day-time staff. The owner was very friendly, personally managing functions at the Hotel Elite he enquired about our well-being, asked for improvements, allowed late check-out, and also organized a taxi for us (easy for him; but it is a matter of courtesy - which is important for guests)

The Hotel Elite is very near to the temple, which is convenient for people like me. The Hotel Elite ambience is good, cleanliness excellent. The restaurant serves tasty food in a hygienic ambience. Enough car parking space. The staff on duty were very cordial. Though the Hotel Elite is comparatively old, it is till maintained well. Wifi facility is not available.

Ours was a group of 6. We went to guruvayur for worship. Even though there was heavy rush at temple since stay was comfortable we enjoyed. Good food. Hotel near to temple. Good hospitality at Hotel Elite. We will again contact you for our next visit. Didn't experience any difficulty during our stay. Rent is adequate and we all were happy.

The Hotel Elite is neat the reception we’re ready to receive us i have been staying at this Hotel Elite since 1975 staff neatly dressed

Location was excellent however the facilities in the room was not upri standard. There was no tea maker in the room and no drinking water was provided.

Location - excellent, near to the temple. Parking- good rooms - new and well maintained. Restaurant-food quality was good but service was little messed up.

This Hotel Elite is near the temple and well- kept despite being old. It has parking and a restaurant attached, which is handy. While not the cheapest, its location and amenities make it a comfy choice.

Excellent location, very close to guruvayoor temple. Ample parking space and open surroundings. The restaurant serves good vegetarian food. The rooms are simple and adequate. A little cleanliness would have made a lot of difference. The bathroom door and linen needs upkeep. Overall a decent stay.

Rooms are neat but some times lift will not work. We stayed in fourth floor so it was a problem for us. Out side view
