Location of venue is very good. Complementary break fast and hospitality of staff extemporary. Service and hospitality of manager shri. Balan is worth mentioning. I can't but share my bitter experience too. Reached the Hotel Elite @12. 20 pm and showed the receipt and confirmation message to the girl in the reception counter. Myself and my wife were there. She checked the list and asked few questions like when and who has made the booking etc. She said that no booking is shown in the list. Manger told her to check the list of that day. Still she insisted to get the details of booking app and other details. It was not my previous experience. They will look for the rooms allotted for the day and issue the rooms after official formalities. This time we were made to wait for 25 mts, tired after journey.

Location was too good o. E. Just in front of d famous temple vadakkunnathan and adjacent to a theatre ragam. We had some urgent assignnents. So due to lack of time could. Not go around d. Place. D food was v. Delicious. And d service was very cordial. Overall we love to come bk to this place again.

Rooms are pathetic. Room renovation to be fine on an urgent basis. The breakfast spread is excellent. Had dinner here & found it good. Staff, friendly, courteous, willing.
