Location was nearer to my workplace hence 10/10 the cleanliness of rooms was fine room service was ok but promptness depended on the time of the day and how busy they were. Food options were decent. Laundry service reasonable only problem i (sudarshan) faced was this place hosts air hostesses who are in transit and for whatever reasons best known to the Hotel Elite 29 Golf Course Road Gurgaon management, when the air hostesses are in the dining space other guests are not allowed. Why? we pay the same amount so why the discrimination. Change your policies or justify them

As i have shared my review before the leaving the room was very good & food was also nice taste and staff is very polite with good management skill but we did facing some problems like hand wash not available ac cooling was not properly working everything was good otherwise

It was a good experience. Staff is really polite and helpful. According to the price the services are really nice. Safe place for a female to live alone here. Room was clean, not many food options but they change menu daily which was a good thing.
