Stayed with family in deluxe room. Room was pleasant, bathroom was clean. Location is near to airport and great if traveling to Ramoji and Srisailam. Room needs some improvement in terms of floor tiles (2 tiles were broken). Staff was helpful and responsive. We did not take the breakfast in package as we were going to travel early morning but they do not provide separately (breakfast also had limited options). Overall good experience.

room was clean but sheets were not. door was not in good condition. bathroom was also not good. breakfast was not good with very limited options. they don't have proper cutlery, provided water and tea in disposals. The staff were supportive.

Unhygienic rooms are not clean and bed sheets are dirty not replaced with fresh ,chocroches in breakfast tray and rooms and on bed also and AC was bot working after complaint they did not repair during stay hotel employees seems not interested to serve the service properly

hotel elite by signature. room was spacious TV AC heater working kettle provided Bed was comfy. Food was good except for breakfast. Negatives lots of hugs (cockroaches, insects infestation in the room Staffs polite, cooperative and helping price: good price. bathroom fittings such as health faucets and shower were clogged with salt deposits resulting in low pressure water
