We had booked a deluxe room for 2 guests for 23-25 august 2023. When we reached the hotel, the hotel management allotted a single bed small room for both of us which was very uncomfortable. We had no choice but to stay because all other hotel was booked. Very very bad service from hotel. They took our money and gave our deluxe room to others for more money.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel embassy grand. The rooms are really neat and tidy. The staff members are really friendly and humble. The services and amenities are also super good. The food in the restaurants are really tasty and as expected. Overall nice experience staying here. The plus point is very very near to the junctions. Just a walk of 100mtrs only from the muzaffarpur railway station.

Starting from the location it was on the right place just because of the its property location was nearby the railway station. Food was delicious though i don't have too much time to taste all the items there. Amenities is the best part which will make you to think twice to visit such neat and clean as well as calm place. Services was upto the mark and they will not let you down. In a nut shell you will not regret yourself to choose such decent hotel. All the people were totally co-operative and well mannered. Management was upto the mark that you will definitely appreciate. Don't think just visit and cross check the words written here. You will be the one to add more words in it. Great job guys @hotel_embassy_grand.

Good room service but facility inside room and toilet not sufficient even there is no mirror in toilet to save. Space to go to toilet is very narrow. It is very difficult to stay and use toilet. Tea kit not provided even there is no cattle to take watm water inside the room the hotel required to improve it inside room facility bor betterment
