I had a pleasant stay at the HOTEL EMERALD, however, there were a few issues with my room: - the air conditioning wasn't working properly. - the room was somewhat cramped. - the side table was too short. Despite these issues, i appreciated the HOTEL EMERALD's hospitality and overall ambiance. With some improvements to the room facilities.
