It was good, however i do see area of improvements such as intercom was not working i called on personal number of staff to get things, new property kitchen was not available for lunch and dinner. Washroom had wet floor some fixtures problwm i see, and wifi qasnt working well, in room. I appreciate prompt reply and service by saurabh tiwari. Staff was polite and helpful.

Very good services. Staffs were very polite and helpful. I stayed here for 1 nights. On the whole it was a comfortable stay and memorable stay. They have a good variety of food and lavish buffet for breakfast(south indian, north indian and chinese. In the Hotel Emerald Suites mr. Arjun was really supportive and alwys smiling.

My personal stay was fantastic, room was clean, the Hotel Emerald Suites is situated at the quiet location and it is beautiful and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially the front office team who ensured we were happy. They have a restaurant on 1st floor, the food is tasty.

Greeted by contagious smile of reception staff even though we were too early to checkin. They provided extreme support to make us comfortable while waiting for our rooms|good hospitality and staff|masala tea during breakfast was authentic north tea (recommeded to have in glass not the cup)

A new property. Overall a grit experience. Rooms are clean and well maintained. All basic amenities including in parking space available. The food was well prepared and in adequate portions. Overall recommended for a long or short halt

I had my daughter haldi mehndi cermany party here and it was fantastic arrangement. Food and service both are awesome. Room was fabulous and clean they even serve some extra dish on request of kids. Thank you for making the event memorable.

Location of property is tricky as it is inside a small road however good clean and peaceful stay, rooms & washrooms are clean. Amenities are all ok
