Hotel Emirates

The property location is excellent. Its near all the happening places of kolkata yet away from the noise and traffic. Lots of nice dining options within walking distance. Exrcutive rooms are small so i had to change to a deluxe room. I hardly ate here but whatever i ate was quite good. Front office service is poor. They don't smile nor greet. I asked for extra glasses for my guests they never sent. Housekeeping though is excellent. Floor not clean but rest is ok.

The room is small but the behavior of all the staff here is very good as soon as the food is ordered the service boy delivers it to the room. Their behavior is so good that there is nothing to say because i got a ring stuck on my finger at 3 am when i was going down to the hospital but they had to cut it out with great difficulty. Every staff of this Hotel Emirates is very good and very helpful. If you order anything, they serve you immediately. The food quality is very good. Every special person is very helpful and very nice. The Hotel Emirates is very nice. Mustafizur (Receptionist) Brother if you have seen this then I tell you that you are very good🥰🥰. Allah will make you big one day.

The Hotel Emirates is located next to new market, victoria memorial and shah-id minar. They have an on road parking but the staff keeps necessary spots reserved. The Hotel Emirates is beautiful, rooms spacious enough and the staff is always willing to help. Their breakfast is great, food quality is also good, and prices reasonable. Overall a memorable experience!

We had booked deluxe room as we were travel-ling with our 2 yr old daughter and needed space and deluxe room met our requirement. Bf is nice also ordered room service twice and food was rely nice. Since our visit was for few days and we wanted to use it for both business and leisure and could do it coz of the amazing location of the property.

The location and overall service of the Hotel Emirates is top notch! one of the best stays if someone is looking for a place around new market area. Only downside for us was there's no mini fridge in the room, which as far as i remember i found on my previous stay. Hotel authority can consider this to elevate their user experience.

The most important and prominent part of the property is, it is very safe and clean as well the banquet in the Hotel Emirates is fully satisfied with nice and yummy food. The property is located at a very convenient point. Park street, new market and other tourist places like indian museum is nearby (10-15 minutes walk. They have dining facilities and the staffs are polite. The rooms are a little bit small, but they maintain it properly. Overall the experience was really good.

Rooms are so small. If u pay big amount they should give us according the room. I saw if u want to stay u can but if u pay little more

The welcome process is too slow and the reception area only has two single seater sofas. After reaching 20-30 minutes they provide a welcome drink.

Good location. Food quality excellent. Staff are very professional. Room quality also good. Only thing to improve is bathroom floor tiles should be replaced with non-skid tiles.
