The Hotel Emoji Inn Nainital staffs were very cooperative rooms were neat and clean, bathroom condition was also good toilet seat had a little problem but it was clean. We visited nainital in december so the temperature was 8 degree celsius and for warm water geyser facility was available. That was good. Usually Hotel Emoji Inn Nainitals keep electric kettle for water and tea for the guests, it was not there but when we requested they provided so that was very cooperative. Hotel also provided the extra blankets on request. Overall stay was good. My wife was expecting on this price we could have got free breakfast, but because i made this decision before booking to not keep breakfast in booking so it was not Hotel Emoji Inn Nainitals fault. But yes, at this price mm t should have given that service.

Neat room in a beautifully placed Hotel Emoji Inn Nainital. The lake view is brethtaking. Amazing part is despite the fact there was no fan or ac the owner assures us we didnt jeed one and he was partly right. But a fan for ventillation would be good so i suggested that and he said he would consider for future. Also helped us for tour and most importantly the Hotel Emoji Inn Nainital has dining breakfast provided to your room. Tv with unlimited options. Geyesr working fine. Best part is the open seating. Nothing can beat this place. Opp side of hustle bustle area yet near the lake. Perfect. Thanks mm t n thanks to the owner

Polite manager and helpful staff with having happy to assist attitude. Service was prompt. Manager updated our rooms to balcony view rooms at free of cost and even reduced cost of rented heaters during the final payment. On request they provide us with electric kettle and extra blanket also. I visited with my family for 2 days on the new year eve and i must say Hotel Emoji Inn Nainital management provide a decent atmosphere and service at such price during the time. 5/5 ratings from me.

Emoji inn is a nice Hotel Emoji Inn Nainital in nainital for stay, easily approachable location, with full beautiful view of lake, staff is very cooperative, responsible. Rooms are good and economical. They don't have in-house restaurant, but still we can get average quality food.

Property location is ok. Room on thandi sadak is very cold. But it is slightly cheaper than rooms on mall road. Food service was very poor due to off season. Even heater was provided after paying more charges. How can a family stay without room heater in temperature of 6 degree.
