Hotel Emperio Grand

Pros- 1. Located in a prime location 2. Easily accessible via public transport 3. Courteous staff 4. Clean linen and towels cons- 1. Wifi speed is very slow like firstly i was not able to connect to the wifi and when i finally got access to wifi i found out that wifi is really very slow 2. There is no exhaust in the washroom because of which it takes a lot of time to dry up 3. No place to hang your bath towel in the washroom 4. Lack of study table 5. And yes, only a single socket is there which is accessible from the bed for charging your devices so if you have more than one device like me you need to either disconnect the electonics or there is one other socket which is near the sofa which is not at all easily accessible from bed which makes it cumbersome. Overall- 4. 2/5 recommended to the community.

It's clean, it's quiet, and it's very economical. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained the property was. The toilet could have been a bit cleaner but can't complain much about that. One major gripe is that even if the room tariff is low, the Hotel Emperio Grand offers no free breakfast package. A slightly bigger amount with included breakfast would have made the stay better because the surrounding areas doesn't really have any breakfast option. Of course there is room service. But we all love choices. Housekeeping staff was prompt and courteous. The bed was very comfortable. There was no foul smell inside the property. Anyone who wants a good stay 10 mins away from the airport can confidently choose this

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Emperio Grand. Everything about the Hotel Emperio Grand was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. and the last point specially receptionist behaviour is very polite and helpful.💗♥️💝🥰

The buffet breakfast was extremely outstanding. They have a good amount of parking place and their property location is beautiful lovely stay, excellent Hotel Emperio Grand. Nice food and service, whether you are out with your family or business trip this Hotel Emperio Grand serves meticulously to both genres, staff is decent and professional, reception is great, and smooth checkin and checkout. Overall a must stay.

We spent two nights here on business and i must save that everything was excellent. The location of the Hotel Emperio Grand is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small. But it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Hotel Emperio Grand to others having a business trip. However, this Hotel Emperio Grand might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space

The rooms were clean and the services were prompt. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting lucknow. There was just one drawback that there's a a party hall on first floor due to which there was loud music noise coming to room. But it stopped after around 12 when the party had concluded. But overall, it's a nice stay.

The rooms are big and spacious. Located in a serene locality with well connectivity. Nice and cooperative staff.

Outside food is not allowed but in make my trip it says outside food is allowed the room is good ac works well

The Hotel Emperio Grand is decent, orderly and neat. Food is very nice. Breakfast was sooo good. Staff is professional. Location wise it is well placed. Recommended for stay.

If you are looking for stay under the normal budget so this place is the best to stay. Cooperative staff and nice neat and clean rooms.

Prolert location is good as it is near the mall, safety standards are excellent

Rooms are very spacious with very beautiful interior. Lobby is also very beautiful. Service was good this Hotel Emperio Grand in surely 10/10. Last but not least the restaurant. Is just awesome but again the service is not up to the mark.
