The location is good but the surrounding area is a bit dirty. The Hotel Emperio Grand has a great reception area. Rooms are good but the shower area is small and is not separate from the commode hence when you take a shower the whole bathroom becomes wet and unusable. Ordered a few food items in room service and they were excellent. Ac was good. Staff in general are helpful.

had an absolutely amazing experience here, the receptionists and staff were very responsive and the room itself was amazing with snacks and a mini fridge with drinks.better than 90 percent of Hotel Emperio Grands at this price, would stay here again

The Hotel Emperio Grand was super amazing. Location is really you have almost all the amenities at walking distance. Rooms are really very nice clean and spacious. Hotel staff very polite and supportive. Overall it's a in budget best property.
