Hotel Emperor palms at Karol Bagh

Very average hotel. No service at all. No maintenance of furniture.

The chief concern being very small room, extra bed not provided , instead a mattress on the floor is provided after putting which there is no space in room. Other Concerns are None of the sockets working, Bathroom is dirty, flush broken, lights hanging out,dirty, insects crawling in washroom, basin table top is broken. ONE SINGLE SWITCH PUTS OFF ALL LIGHTS OF ROOM AND WASHROOM..!! Washroom doors have side gap visible when even closed fully.  for a 2 days stay for a property which is not worth. Moreover the hotel staff says we cannot do anything.  Kindly refund my money.  There are many hotels in this area in better condition and that too with one double bed and one single bed. Kindly look into the matter urgently. I cannot stay here with my kids in this condition.

The bathroom was dirty, the fixtures weren’t working properly, too many mosquitoes inside the room. No ventilation, so the room is too stuffy.

the room and bathroom were very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the area to reach there if you have a vehicle, as many blockades are there due to Karol Bagh market time.

1. The staff of the hotel needs to be trained professionally. . They are unprofessional. So there is a need for a lot of work in this department. 2. The quality of food served is not good. It was disappointing. The Chef needs to get his act together and put out some quality food for guests. 3. Again, the staff serving food needs to be professional. They should observe the highest standard of cleanliness while handling and serving food. They failed thoroughly in this area. The management should take this seriously. The food experience in the hotel was utterly disappointing. 4. The overall service in the hotel was slow and unreliable. 5. The management needs to work on providing more furnished and cleaner rooms. It was not up to expectation. 6. I hope the issues highlighted above will be addressed by the management in all seriousness and intention. I look forward to staying at the hotel again. Of course with the hope of having a comfortable stay!

Very Disappointing Stay The hotel room was in terrible condition. It had a bad smell as soon as I entered, and the bathroom was dirty and not cleaned properly. Water was flowing in the bathroom, making it unhygienic and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money — the management should seriously improve cleanliness and maintenance.
