There should be more hygiene looking at the covid. Pillow were dirty and looking like used. Bedsheets was also not washed. If you see the difference of washed bedsheet and bedsheet on the bed there you will see the difference. Staff are not too professional. They will help you but only if you are bold.

The Hotel Empire Inn is 1 km far from station but only 10 step away from Beer parlour. You can order any time chilled beer. Foods so good because local area so dusty so stay in & eat good food. I enjoyed staying their for a night. All staff are co operative. Very co op

Room is very good. Room Services are very good. Reception guys is very friendly and helpful. All staff are helpful. Arranged travel tour with low cost and guided properly. There is ATM machine near the Hotel Empire Inn therefore no need to go outside far away for Cash.

Good food but little gad in room cleaning and also if you order anything to eat or drink they will take minimum 45min to bring that even a glass of tea. Washroom hygiene was also not up to the mark. Staff was friendly but management is what they have to work on.

Excellent room service and reception behaviour was very good. Just one issue that need some improvement is the noise coming from outside. Rest was an excellent stay. Must look forward for another stay.
