There were no towels in the room. the bedsheet was not very clean and the faucets in the toilet were not working properly. The location was good.

Location is great lake and everything is near by all tourist spots, rooms are spacious, siting area is very beautiful

They do not check the resort before give him. Telephone is not working tubelight is not working, 9pm i told him. I w ii pay booked in advance he can the room before give anybody

Very ill-managed property, washroom has broken tiles, and western toilet seat was not even attached. Ac too noisy. Rooms ia full of dampness and plaster were getting off from walls

Empire Palace : Again the same problem with the TV and the dish they were not working and when we asked the room service for help they said in a very discourteous way “Sir when it will work I don’t know talk to the owner” and still the owner couldn’t solve the problem and said “ We will see the condition of the TV after you go or check out of this room.

Udaipur is a great city to travel in december. Our experience were great here. The empire palace hotel was an average hotel for us

dear team, as the hotel was good but there is no active restaurant in there also only 1 staff member was there to serve to all the hotel. also there is no space to chill. rooms was very conjusted and lift was not there.restaurant was near for lunch and dinner but zomato service is bit available. also food rate of this hotel is very high.

No parking space. Toilets were not properly cleaned. No exhaust in washroom. Else it was ok for short stay
