Location is good and in closed proximity to the new delhi railway station. We stayed for 2 days, didn't got even a slight smile from the person in reception. Rather than got some cheap statement at the beginning when checking in. Room was okay and stinky. No inhouse restaurant, you have to order from bread omlette, alu paratha or poha as the complimentary breakfast which will be delivered to room. Room service person was too better hospitable than person in reception, though I saw a new person in reception while check out, who seems good with a smile in face. I would say this as a guest house and not a hotel. There are many good hotels present nearby. Like Ajanta hotel, where we took all our lunch and dinner, which was a bit costly but good. overall don't expect much from this hotel. and overall stay was just okay. and yes you have to request reception for hot water and some times you have to request it for 2 to 3 times.

Very Terrible Experience to stay there.. Hospitality= 0 Staff Response = 0 Rooms were too Dirty and Wash room also in very Poor condition with Lack of ventilation and Shower Kits ... also there is nothing like professional Behaviour of Any staff and owner and Demanding much more money from the client... Area is Not suitable For family and Hotel is also Not safe for Family. Hot water , AC, Tv etc Not Working ...and Hotel manager not responding for the same. . No breakfast Serving and Dedicated space for the same although you pay for the breakfast they denied for the same.
