Hotel Esteem

Very good experience, but not excellent. I am not giving judgments, just sharing my stay experience. Based on that you can decide. Cons- 1. I booked executive room with free breakfast. I stayed with my family. I like big and spacious room. The room was approx. 100 se ft including bathroom. 2. Kitchenette was not there as most of 3 star Hotel Esteems provide. Pros- 1. Very neat and clean room. 2. Sanitized and hygienic washroom and toilets. 3. Supportive and very cooperative staffs and administration. 4. Room service was very good. 5. Buffet in free breakfast was very good, they can add more items, like children food and south indian cuisine. 6. Location is good, public transport is easily available at walkable distance. 7. No rodents, mosquitoes etc. Observed during the stay. 8. Toiletries and towels were provided as mentioned in the room package. 9. Child care assistance below 5 years can be improved. 10. Service staffs, housekeeping and other support staffs including managerial team are humble and cooperative. 11. Overall hospitality was good. Only point which disappointed me that, though male doctor was available on call but female nurse assistance for female customer could not be arranged. That's all but if you are not on medical stay. This could be a good choice.

I'm going to put it short and simple. Check-in was smooth and fast. Stay was nice. Staff was courteous. One huge drawback is that the Hotel doesn't have centralised air-conditioning. Every room has its own a/c. And the worst part is that, when you pick the Key and leave the room the a/c turn off and when you return, you are greeted back not into your room, but into a furnace. The Hotel management have to find a way Around that. Continuing, I didn't have food from the Hotel, so I can't comment on that. Check out was quick and easy. Location of the Hotel is also good. Even though I like the Hotel, I wouldn't prefer to stay here during summer. Believe me, you dont want to either.

Everything was fine except for the noise by other guest in the corridor at 1 am after drinking. Ideally management should take care of such things. I personally went and requested them to do whatever they want inside the room not in corridor at late hours in the night.
TV connection was not problematic. It was getting disconnected and restarted automatically. I group of other rooms guests were were drinking and making noise in the corridor till 1 am. Personally went to request them ideally management should take care of these things. Everything else was nice.

The location is very good because it is 5minutes walking distance from rabindra sadan metro and the distance from nandan to the Hotel Esteem is maximum 1km. We don't get enough time for tasting food from the Hotel Esteem as we had already pre-booked for dinner in barbecue nation. So i don't tell about food in the Hotel Esteem but hygiene and safety was above standard and we are very happy to stay in the Hotel Esteem.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Esteem esteem. There are different categories of rooms and we booked an executive room for our staying there. The location of the Hotel Esteem is excellent! everything including room service, helping staff and the complimentary breakfast-all were satisfying. The reception staff and management were ready to serve guests always.

If you are looking for a budget-friendly Hotel Esteem. Go for it. It is the best. It's more than the money you pay. Cleanliness. Good staff. Hospitality. Everything is superb. Rooms are fresh and washrooms are all neat and clean. Moreover. Everything is close by. And Hotel Esteem is good.

Hotel is located on prime location from there Victoria memorial, kalighat temple is very near and also metro station netaji bhawan also nearer. Inspite of that food was also good and hygiene during my stay and also room service was very good. Best Hotel Esteem in Bhawanipore.

The Hotel Esteem rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has windows for natural light. The service is also good. However the only thing that could have been better is the breakfast room which is very conjugated and had only three tables with no wash basin.

Every thing was good and perfect no chance off complain staff war very friendly

At stating i faced a bit problem like ac was not working but later on they changed the room which somehow managed to get us to a workable ac

I stay in Hotel Esteem esteem for 2 days and the st-eve was comfortable and the food was also good only one problem was there old and use towel served to us the towel quality and quality of pillow should be improve
