It was an amazing stay. They welcomed us warmly. Especially Vineet. He was very hardworking. He fulfilled our request every time. And he makes the best coffee. Much recommend.

Food need improvement,time taken for Food preparation need to reduce.location is very good for transit passengers. Facilities is good 👍

Stay was okay okay. The food I ordered was served with insects. The room boy was drunk while serving the replacement food. I was not having any other options as I had to catch an early morning flight.

Rooms were good and spacious, but maintenance is poor, Location is marvellous. Overall, Satisfactory

dirty rooms, no water in the washroom, shabby corridors. spent just a dinner and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience.

Cleanliness: I could feel dirt under my feet, there were human hairs that stuck to my feet... Food: I had dinner. It was okay. AC : Even at 24 it was not getting cool. The AC wasn't cooling adequately. WiFi: they kept telling that their router wasn't working, and so they would give a dongle, which never came Staff: Somewhat trained. Path to reach: Though it looks just opposite of the airport, actually it is nearly 2 km as the road to reach is very winding, broken and brick road, and as there was rain a day ago, there was waterlogging.

Bhaiyo...!!! iski Dormitory cabin main to kabhi bhi bhul kar bhi na jana.....400 -500 ke chakar main ek dum bekar laga yeh experience. Now in the night 1.20 Am Dated 01/Aug/25 i am writing this. Puri raat mosquito ne kat kat ke sone nahi diya. So socha kuch likh dete hai agey ane eale solo trips par or kuch boys ke liye information...bed sheet par hair pade hue they means change nahi ki ..bed ki halat karab..no Air Conditioner...no water bottle, only table celing fan se hawa bhi nahi lagti koi insan hotel main night mai rest karne ke liye hi jata hai or raat ko nind hi na aye due to small fans jo hawa nahi deta, no ac, mosquitos, flies, kis baat ki service..uppar se airport ke pass hotel itni bad service .. i cant belive ...disgusting...aisa lag raha hai jaise prison main dal diya ho kisi..!!!! Dusra in rainy season lot of moisture in their walls inside the rooms hence you cannot sleep and cannot breath fresh air. Phir raat ko 3.15 par lifht chali gayi In my suggestion and recommendations totally NO. Don't book this hotel i will also not book in my further life. Ise badiya mohali city main le lo better options available hai...

They didn't start AC during stay

There was my breakfast include. When time I going to the restaurant here are serving me only one parantha and nobody ask me your extra requirement. I feel very shameful. Never come again here next time

Location was the only benefit ; hotel room ac was not working and we have to wait for technician to fix the issue, intercom was not working. Overall experience was not satisfactory, Breakfast quality was good

Mosquitoes were the biggest trouble and even complimentary water bottles were charged. Ac was not operated in the doem

The executive and food which they have provided is good and circumstances is nice. We have ordered the biryani and as well other snacks all are seems to good

i stayed at this hotel overnight to catch a flight early the next morning. unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. the hotel is located in a deserted area, and the path leading to it feels unsafe and eerie. the atmosphere was unsettling, and i struggled to sleep at night. the reception area was dimly lit with yellow lighting, which only added to the discomfort. i expected better facilities and an environment that felt secure and welcoming. based on my experience, i would not recommend this hotel to families or couples. while it may be safe, its appearance and upkeep leave much to be desired. **suggestions for improvement:** 1. **outdoor lighting:** the colorful lights outside the hotel give off a strange vibe. consider opting for neutral, well-lit exteriors to create a safer and more professional look. 2. **reception lighting:** the reception area needs better, brighter lighting to make guests feel safe and comfortable. 3. **cleanliness:** the bedsheets in my room had hair on them, which made the stay unhygienic and uncomfortable. proper cleaning standards must be implemented. 4. **maintenance:** the reception areas on each floor are not well-maintained and appear messy. this needs immediate attention. 5. **facilities:** the hotel lacks an elevator. since most guests are likely catching flights and carrying heavy luggage, this is a major inconvenience. i hope the management takes these points into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

I stayed dormetery bed, very poor, they are not maintaining cleanliness, ther is no power and bathroom very bad condition,

Fan not working. Toilet worst. There is smell inside the building.
