HOTEL EVARA DARBHANGA

Location is very good and the hotel is made perfectly, the rooms are speacious and the main course is good in food I overall stayed 02 nyts with 03 dbl rooms and i find it worht for money but the cleaning standard is not upto the mark specially the washroom part Room service is terrifying bcz you have to wait min of 30 mnts for a water bottle as well as my food bill was 4700 and i have ordered lots of stuff but they got delayed each and every time and the snacks was not prepared good all the tyms They was not having the 50 pcnt of item mentioned in the menu Rest apart from the day shift front office staff rest all was gud and humble but the lady was rude all the tyms and she nvr sounds professionalism Overall gud place to stay….

Every thing is good except hotel staff at th counter. I requested for gst bill but she refused to issue after lot of discussion she issued the same

Food was tasty and hygienic but the restaurant staff was very unprofessional.. everything used to get delayed like billing, food at room

Hotel Evara infrastructure, services and people are too good. I didn't feel that I am staying in a tier 3 city. The hotel is as good as any 4 star type good hotel in a metro city. Good thing is that their restaurant is also very good.

Cleanliness wise, it’s good. Look wise it’s a new property. Breakfast was good. Staff behaviour was good, but internet was not working, even after several tries.
