Hotel Excellency

We stayed there for 1 day. the room was though a little old, but neat and tidy . Staff was very friendly. It is closer to the railway station and master canteen area. we liked the breakfast and complementary cookies served in the room. what they can improve: putting a shower curtain in the bathroom, and putting more staff during breakfast serving. it was a little chaotic in the breakfast area, even though options were plenty. the checkout timing was 11, but they were able to extend for 1 hour. we left the Hotel Excellency at 12. Hotel was wheelchair accessible and had pleasant and ambient music.

At Rs 4000 a night, we got great value for money. Posh, clean Hotel Excellency with good food, good ambience and good attitude - I requested a certain channel on my TV (which was not subscribed to) and they provided it without a fuss. There is a nice swimming pool as well on the top floor. We'll recommended.

The Hotel Excellency was very close to the airport, railway station and bus station. The rooms were kinda small for three people but not too uncomfortable. The breakfast was the star of my stay. The pool was not maintained which was a bummer.

Very humble staff, very well maintained and staff takes care of hygiene, very affordable in a very prime location. Very spacious rooms with all amenities. Food can be improved however most people will like the food they serve.

Good service, good food and better hospitality Only issue I had was extra 890 bucks I had to pay for my son due to miss inspite of sharing all the details. Just outside railway station walkable distance.

Room is clean so far. Bathroom also very nice clean. Fooding is perfect. Especially seafood pomfret n prawns

It was a short overnight stay. The location is very convenient being right next to Railway Station, Rooms are clean with all amenities. Overall good experience.
