Hotel Excellency

I checked in the Hotel Excellency around 12:15 pm on 19th .I had already been travelling for the past 1 week from Trivandrum-Kanyakumari-Madurai-Allepey-Cochin,and was really tired. The Hotel Excellency reception already had a print out copy of my confirmation voucher, as i was travelling and the Hotel Excellency traveldesk just asked me for the confirmation number and they did all the documentation themselves and only a copy of my id proof was required. The arrival was really great and hospitable, the rooms and the room service was awesome. Being from North India even i got most of the Hindi TV channels which were not available in most of the Hotel Excellency s i stayed within this week. At such a price i never expected i would get so much and that too in a Hotel Excellency which was so centrally placed. We had breakfast in the morning and that too was to our taste and at affordable prices. The traveldesk was also great and arranged a cab for airport. Would recommend this Hotel Excellency to everyone who is travelling to Cochin.

I have seen a very good Hotel Excellency this time. MakeMyTrip sometimes strikes wonderful deals for us. The Hotel Excellency was under renovation, so they gave me room in the annexe building. The building was smaller, and cleaner. Thinking that the main building would be still better, I asked if I would get my room there. But they politely told me, that it was under renovation, hence there would be dust and some sound. I was very happy with the annexe room. Room was good, and with all basic facilities. My dad was not well, Hence I asked for hot water for drinking, and they promptly attended to me. Good service, good room. Great deal from MakeMyTrip. Thanks.

Before booking it I had a small fear about the Hotel Excellency , but when I landed off in front of the Hotel Excellency , the Hotel Excellency staff surprised me by showing their hospitality by helping me in carrying my luggage inside and it just took me less than 5 minutes to get into my room. I am really surprised the way Make my trip has facilitated me in getting my accommodation and after entering the room the neatness surprised me further. The room service was prompt and the all the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this Hotel Excellency 200% without a second thought. Great job to Make my trip.

We were pleasantly surprised when we reached the Hotel Excellency entrance! For a small Hotel Excellency , the reception area was very cheerful and welcoming. It was better than in the pictures. The staff were very polite and helpful and we really felt very welcomed and safe. The room was small but cozy, and the location to MG Road is fantastic Restaurant charges are reasonable. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others. Do keep up the good service and you will not regret it!

Nice attitude of the receptionist & room boy were worth mentioning. The check in was very fast, as if they were waiting for us. The room was neatly arranged, but the smell of the pesticide was horrible. They should have at least used some deodorant before allotting the room. The restaurant was neat and having some good stuff. The rates were also reasonable. extra towels were given on request with smiling face. The parking lot with security was of great relieief. A very good overall experience.

As the name suggests excellent Hotel Excellency . Very good service. Good cleanliness. The location of Hotel Excellency is in the heart of city. Staff was so polite and helpful. They also arranged our day tour n taxi for local sightseeing at a very low and reasonable rate. Definitely this Hotel Excellency is recommended for the budget luxury. Internet facility helped me to book my onward journey train reservation.

The Hotel Excellency is centrally located in the downtown, and not in the more touristy area. ItÂ’s 1 km from the train station, so very convenient if you're planning to take a train. The reception is very nice and the Hotel Excellency has a 24 checkout policy, meaning you can check out up to 24 hours after you arrive. This was great for me since I took a night flight and arrived at 5 am.

Book this: If you want to shop Banana chips (Malabar chips), Saree (many shops on MG road)Â…bus available very close to Hotel. Very good choice for a stopover. There were a few problems with geyser which was rectified on complaint. Also, we could dump our luggage for 5 hrs in reception after check-out time. Reception also provided a map of Ccochin. Lots of vegetarian restaurants near by.

These Hotel Excellency is nearest to railway station good quantity food.

Hotel stay was value for money. Good part of this Hotel Excellency is - it on M G road. I did not tried food over here as I am pure veg. However there are good quality vegetarian Hotel Excellency s around this place.

Felt safe and secure for single women, got a privacy and loved the experience. Thanks

Hotel was good-both service and location wise. Good value for money. It is very near to Marine Drive and good restaurants. Good ambiance at Hotel Excellency .

This Hotel Excellency was the best value for money Hotel Excellency . We had no problems and the food was very good.

We had checked in late night around 2 am but still got good assistance in check-in and room was ready too, were clean and tidy. Ac was powerful, bedding was good. Although we checked out in the morning but it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend some to stay for overnight.

I entered at midnight in Hotel. Room was good. Only they had forgotten to keep the towel. When asked about it they delivered immediately with extra soap. Overall it was a nice experience to stay in Hotel Excellency. Will recommend others who had similar budget. Sincerely, Ashok Yadav

A short stay was pleasant and staffs were courteous.

Location, facilities, amenities service everything up to the mark. That also at affordable pricing.
Clean well maintained room, good linen, all amenities provided. The only problem faced was little noise from outside (ac plant) which disturbed my sleep. Service was up-to the mark. Great stay over all.

My travel was solo and planned for 2 days. Excellency is so prominent and good place to live safe.

Comes highly recommended. Rooms are a bit crammed though!

Hotel is well-located in the heart of the city.Although nearby is Ernakulam Railway Junction, but Airport is 33 kms away(takes nearly 1hr). No outside distrubance and good to stay. Shopping complex are also nearby.
