Hotel Exotica Squares

This Hotel Exotica Squares is located very close to lakshmanpur beach no. 2. The tourist coming to visit Natural bridge literally do their parking in the Hotel Exotica Squaress gate. There are some steps to get over the hill that separates this Hotel Exotica Squares and the beach area. This same hill blocks the sea breeze to this Hotel Exotica Squares. The Hotel Exotica Squares was new when we visited in Oct 2019. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was good and food available in house is nice.

The rooms are extremely spacious and have a modern look. A bit of finishing touch is needed but that does not even concern the visitors as the grandeur of the room compensates exceedingly a few short-comings here and there. Overall, I was very pleased with the stay at this Hotel and would definitely recommend it. It is a newer property so the site preparation has not been complete, but once it is done, it would not be hard to imagine it as one of the finest places in Shaheed Dweep.

the Hotel Exotica Squares is at excellent location just 200 mtr from coral bridge. the rooms are clean. Hotel Exotica Squares is no doubt very well maintained even better than picture. the staffs are very cooperative and absolute no hidden charges. the only thing is the notice paper for damage charges affixed at the door of the room which looks like a angry threat rather than a polite notice 😅, apart from that everything is fantastic.

Must recommended resort for stay neil island. Room quality was awesome. All basic needs like ilectric kettel, dental kit, shampoo, shower gel etc provide from the property's. Room was very clean, garden view and feel luxurious. Budget friendly resot. Location wise too good; bcz 2-3 minute walking distance from laxmanpur beach number 2. Food was good. All services was very good. Allover very good experience.

The resort is good on the whole, the room is very clean and spacious, the staff are very friendly and polite. The location too is good as the place is quite and solemn especially at night. It is also very close to the natural bridge where you can See the beautiful sunset. The food is also very tasty and delicious. The only minus point is the complementary breakfast where only one variety of food is served.

It's near the natural bridge and located in the lap of nature. The staff is very polite, humble and very helpful. Service is very good and they helped me to reach the hospital when my toddler was sick. Considering the scarce resources ( food, electricity, potable water etc, services and food they provided was good and homely in nature. We enjoyed the stay.

We stayed for a day in exotica square. It is a beautiful property close to lakshmanpur 2 beach. Comfortable rooms and receptive staff. But the best part was their restaurant that served delicious home like food for lunch and dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It's a beautiful place close to coral bridge. Greenery around and evenings are mesmerizing, soaked in sounds of crickets and faded sea waves. Staffs are bunch of beautiful nicobar guys, always smiling and ready to help you. Even the owner raju is very good.
