High tariff, no restaurants, no quality of food supplied, TV not functioning, room not clean …

The rooms are not worth the price, the towels and linens were dirty, toilet attachments are of below par quality. The breakfast has very minimal options. The good part is that the staff is ready to support as much as possible. Hove

Firstly, some random uncleaned room with full of dust was allocated. After insisting they cleaned casually. Telephone in the room was not working, had to call incharge's mobile for everything. Food was average & servicing was late. They could even serve breakfast even before 1 hour prior request. No bathroom mat or any other mat in the room. Poor hygiene. Horrible service. Not recommended.

Not a good hotel. Even after asking multiple times toiletries and cutlery were not given. Rooms were not clean, bedspreads were not fresh and clean. Had a terrible experience.

The hotel's staff is not very good. The cleaning staff does not know how to clean the bathroom. When I checked in, the toilet was not properly cleaned so I asked them to clean it but it remained dirty even after the guy cleaned it. And the same night, the bathroom outlet became clogged because it had never been properly cleaned. It took them one entire day to fix it. They said that they don't have enough workers. The room was also in poor condition, room's tubelight was hanging, one switch board was also hanging out of the wall. Outside food is also not permitted in the hotel. They are arrogant and did not offer any assistance in moving my luggage while checking out.

I stayed at this hotel for a day but it was very good. We got good service there. Food is also very good. You people can go there. It is good for the family and is safe too.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. Bed was comfy. As a solo traveler I felt very safe at the hotel.
