Hotel Fame City

It was a one night stay, firstly they didnt have info of my booking & had to show them, Room linen was pathetic & itchy. Cockroaches in cupboard. Leakage of washbasin pipe. Food was poor have food poisoning. They dont have option for card swiping.

Hotel was located easily as it's name was popular in paltan bazar area. Rooms were neat but the toilet was little unclean especially the wc. Staff was supporting in nature.

Food provided in utensil was not covered. Staff is very lazy. Bad service. Pathetic hygiene.

2. Bathroom was not so clean. Good was average. Bedsheet has lots of stains looks not cleaned properly. Pillow and pillow cover also not good. Food not so good

The entrance was good but room interior was not good. Some smale was there.

Worst hotel. Please keep the environment good.

Room size is OK. Water spot in sealing. Bed and pillow are not as per standard. Leakage in bathroom from wash basin pipe. Due to bad and lack of maintenance gathering waste water in the bathroom. Bathroom is small and daily usable things like saving kit, comb and room sleepers are not available even after offering extra charges. Only Puri and sink available in the breakfast with jam and bread. No fruits are there for breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms are full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Can't find a lot of wholes in the bathroom from where cockroaches are coming.

The room was very untidy I couldn't even sleep. The bed was full of bed bugs. I won't recommend this Hotel to anyone.

They even charge welcome drink of water

Extremely bad washroom, I had to wait for one hour, because the guest didn't vacate the room. No room was booked for me. AC was sounding like anything. Poor room service. Moreover the foods are horrible. Street foods are better than this hotel food.

Everything was bad. Employees were arrogant and irresponsible. They were ill mannered.
Room dirtiest ever we saw. Rat was roaming around. Bathroom was very unhygienic and earthworm was there in the toilet.

This hotel charges more than it's worth.
Bugs in the bed. Towels are dirty. Not at all advisable for stay untill you won't get any other place. There is no room service, even if you call nobody comes to see why guest called. Yesterday was a terrible night I stayed there.

There is no neat & clean and they should maintain it, but staff are good.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
