rooms were decent, but the set up looks old, needs refurbishment . linens did not look clean and comfortable .location is great, near chennai central with a good a2b restaurant below. staff at reception were very helpful, went out of way to get our local conveyance arranged, including carrying our luggage. 👍🏽. no, that's all

We had god stay at Fanar Residency. Walkable distance from central Railway Station. Well behaved staff, clean and spacious room, good room facility with mini fridge, tea kettle with tea bag and sugar, good wash rooms, brake fast provided also good and tasty. Over all very good plate for stay with family.

I stayed with my family for a vacation. Nice place. Walk-able distance from Central Station. You have a restaurant attached to it. Room boys are very good. Manager gave us 2 hours of extra time to check-out. Over all very good experience. Go ahead for it.

The Hotel Fanar Residency staff was very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were neat and the Hotel Fanar Residency location is good as it is walkable from chennai central station, chennai park suburban and metro. There are many restaurants nearby.

Walking distance from m. G. R. Central metro station and 800 m away from chennai central. One disadvantage is hearing horns of vehicles even in the room. Hotel has no restaurant though there are various options in that locality.

The staff in this Hotel Fanar Residency are very friendly and cooperative. It is worth the money, living in this place. Not very high facilities but a very friendly staff. You will feel at home

For single person favourable ac room was enough and comfortable. They accepted for check in by couple of hours early and checked out that time on next day. Food as variety and good.
