It was very bad. The rooms are terrible, my room had cockroaches and the lock was broken on the door of my room. I had to lock all my valueables in my bag by lock and key and leave the room open. very bad smell, and no service. it looks good in photos but is very bad in real. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL EVER.

Do not stay as the man at reception desk is creepy.

This review is for the man at the reception of the hotel stay at the property. He was very impolite to customers, he talks back and argumentative, he does not understand what is customer service. He made our stay a nightmare. He is not answering the reception desk phone if we call him at night for any emergency services. He is missing from the desk at night. I would not recommend this hotel for staying as long as the owner does not show him the door or at least makes him a watchman.

Dirty toilet. Geyser not working properly. Dirty smelly sheets. Ac not working. Staff ill-informed and not very cooperative. Door lock was broken and so door had to remain open.

Hygiene & safety is not that much good

I checked in late early morning around 5 am and no security guard is present for attending me i wait around 1 hour then 1 receptionist came and he also not aware about my booking after 2 hours of my argument they allotted me one room which is ok ok recommend for low cost stay not good for family stay.
