The Hotel Feathers is at a walking distance of about 400metres from ernakulam south railway station. The room, wash room and overall cleanliness was good. Window was there for natural sun light. However, there was no provision for tea, breakfast or lunch/dinner for which one has to move outside to nearby restaurants and eateries. There was no provision for bell boys either. But on the whole the Hotel Feathers manager and staff was very cooperative.

Stay was really awesome. Very Nice, Neat and clean 🧼 room. Amenities in this room is also great as mentioned . Very close access to every part of Cochin. Ernakulam South railway station is also near . And yea … the overall experience is so 👌🏻 good. I really need this space for the next vacation too. And I recommend everyone to stay at this mini palace

Stay was good and rooms were neat. Staffs were polite. The Hotel Feathers is suitable for both family and friends. Check in and check out were hassle free. Mosquitos will trouble you at night if the doors or windows are kept open for long. But they had kept 'goodnight' liquid mosquito vapouriser in the room. Overall experience was good.

Every thing well maintained. But restaurant facilities not available. Nearer to south railway station. Restaurant facilities available in nearby areas. Receptionists are well behaved. Services are very good. But room is not spacious. Ac is working properly.

Location is awesome, very near to south railway station and metro station and bus stop. Hotel is neat and clean. Staffs are friendly. Couple of issues were, service is not that great. There's no intercom to call reception. We enjoyed our stay.
