Excellent hotel and extremely cordial staff. Went to hotel with a very least expectations after seeing poor reviews on MMT, but to my surprise it was totally opposite. Rooms were beautifully maintained. Food options were limited but with good taste. Very Happy with the stay, will strongly recommend.

The location is not so good. Food is average. Amenities are also average. Service was good. The hotel is on the road side, no parking is available for the guest, room size is very small and there was no hot water on the second day.

We stayed in room 101. Room size was small for the price that we paid. Astonishingly the mattress was small and people above 5 6' will struggle. Breakfast was average but good if you consider the limited options in Pahalgam. The view from the room was amazing. Limited ventilation in all room to preserve heat. Heater in the room was top notch. Prime location. Overall would recommend staying here.
