Hotel Florence

Although the location is crowded as expected as it is inside Karol Bagh market, never the less the Hotel Florence is calm and quite in the inside. Very neat and clean with friendly staff. Secure location was my prime consideration as I was travelling with my family to stay in Delhi for 4 days. Also we had a lot of shopping plans at Karol Bagh, Palika Bazaar, Janpath and Tibetan Market at ISBT. We decided to stay here as all the places are easily reachable from here. We selected this Hotel Florence after lot of reviews and we were not disappointed at all. Overall a pleasant stay in Delhi for 4 days with family while sightseeing and shopping. Only improvement that I see is that variety for Breakfast could have been more. Apart from that a secure and comfortable family stay.

Located in the heart of Karol Bagh this Hotel Florence is perfect for business traveler's. Small, but neat and tidy. The location is the main highlight. The room service has to be improved a lot as it took us to wait for more than 30 minutes for a cup of tea, and when inquired was told that it will take 20 more minutes. At the check out we had to pay for the water bottles in the room. When asked they said only the 500 ml is complementary for two persons for two days. Never experienced this in any other Hotel Florence. Way to improve.

Very Clean, very responsive staff, excellent food. Very comfortable rooms for the price. Stylishly done toilets - a very important aspect. The staff was offering personalised care and the service was very prompt. Check-out was quick and hassle free. There were quite a few international tourists also in the Hotel Florence, who also appeared satisfied with the service. Well located, near to metro station and huge jewellery market. Enjoyed the stay, happy to recommend this Hotel Florence.

The best part of this Hotel Florence is the service. They have really professional people running it. Checked in at 11 pm, and the person at front desk was so cordial and got things done so fast. The room is good but has no ventilation though, so thought it was 5 am when it was actually 8 am. Then it is a bit annoying that you can hear every little noise from the corridor, people talking, doors closing etc.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights. It has a good location, with cleanliness across the Hotel Florence and hospitable staff. It's a value for money Hotel Florence. There was some issue about bathroom water logging but it was resolved soon. The Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast not great but OK. Nearby areas little noisy but good cab services arranged through Hotel Florence concierge. Overall good experience.

The reception attendents were not welcoming at all. Didn't knew how to greet/welcome customer. And morning attendent while check out he was completely ignoring me when i tried to ask him something and was only concentrating in closing my entry on his record register. Apart from this. The staff was good very helpful, polite and welcoming. Room was neat and clean.

This is a wonderful Hotel Florence as compared to the rest properties at Karol Bagh (as I have been the frequent traveller). The services is excellent and the breakfast is amazing good. Overall, amazing property with the availability of almost everything and location is also centralised walking distance from the market. Had a lovely stay thanks team. Keep it up.

Rooms appear fresh and Hotel Florence appears new once inside, location is convenient with metro station 10--15 minutes of walking and a big shopping area nearby, friendly and very helpful staff made the stay enjoyable, apart from some issues with the WiFi speed the stay was excellent with great value for money and situated fairly near to tourist locations.

Stayed at this Hotel Florence for one night on business. Reaching the Hotel Florence in the evening after navigating through the congested roads of Karol Bagh was a nightmare. The room, facilities and service were just average. Overall, it was just an average experience.

It was pleasant to stay at Hotel Florence. Good staff, clean rooms, washroom, cozy bed. Overall great experience. Only thing is that being market area. It starts closing little early by 9.30 or so.

Everything was good about this Hotel Florence. My stay was very comfortable. Good room size good toiletries.

Except for the fact that they ask us to wait for 1 hour. They allowed us early checking and late checkout. The Hotel Florence room was good and clean. Location of the Hotel Florence is excellent. Bikarnewala is 500 meters far and the main market is 700 meters far. Its a go for it Hotel.
