HOTEL FORTUNE

Suite room disappointed our stay. Every now & then power trip horrified our stay. Whole night spent sleepless(stayed hardly 10 hrs), water kettle, hair dryer not at all functioning. Urge to return my amount paid for this suite room.

Room size was good but cleanliness was not very good.. Food quality was third class.. good thing is near to temple around 700-800mtr.. front of sea..

i found the hotel location was good. food quality was pretty average. restaurant ac wasnt there. They offered buffet dinner at Rs. 350 but the range was very normal, food quality was below the standard.

I had a two-night stay at Hotel Fortune. Unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. On the first night, the AC in my room was not working. I informed the staff twice, but their response was quite casual and unhelpful. The issue was fixed only the next day. Although the hotel has a lift, it was often not working due to a technical problem on one floor. During dinner, there was no à la carte option available—only a buffet was served. The overall staff attitude seemed casual and not guest-oriented. There was no welcome drink provided upon arrival, and no staff was available to assist with luggage. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in guest service and facility maintenance

Enjoying & pleasant stay. All services prompt and affectionate. The premises we're clean enjoyable.

Rude Behavior. Even Room was available , he was not willing to allow early check in. Lastly he allowed with discussion and intervention of Manager. he should respect the customer for which it is paid.

This hotel does not belong to ITC group of chain hotels, starting from reception to room to food ,one will regret the stay. Horrible behaviour of the staff, stained ,dirty bed linen, torn and stained bath towel goes on.. I had opted and paid for extra bed , but they provide just one mattress, they don't provide extra towels .. Never stay here rather a common lodge would be better

location is good. near East gate of temple Buffet breakfast is good spread. overall food quality is good

The property location was very good very near to the Ramanathaswamy east gate walkable distance. It is just opposite to the beach , boating points run by both Government & private. It is easily approachable to all important sites in Rameswaram. Initially I felt bad that no veg food was available in any hotels nearby. But after taking the first lunch I felt that the place had good spread of items which made me comfortable & settled with my entire 2 days food with different varieties. The rooms were spacious, safe & the room service was reasonably good. Overall it was a great stay & good religious & sight seeing trip. Thank you.

Hotel staff and facilities were good

Location is good but they are maintaining the rooms well .it smells very bad and towels are mostly used ones..

Mangament has provide good Service and hygiene maintenance.. Receptionist is very friendly.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. property is located very near to Rameshwaram temple and beach. Staff is helpful and food is good.

A hotel with spacious room with clean bathroom. Very near to Agni teertham and walkable (Approx 600mtr) to Temple. Remember they don't serve Non veg and check out time is 10am - they don't accept your request

Everything was nice staff servive evrything if they provide security for night beach footpath walk it will be more hasome.

Wash rooms were not deoderised.. stinking as u open due to no air and blocked pipe lines. Food at restaurant was okay .

location is idle for stay for temple darshan... was convienent for us to walk to the temple n back....
