1. where as hotel tariff was half of that. Even adding GST and breakfast , made 42% profit...which is unreasonably high 2. For the executive room made available had no windows and claustophobic effect. 3. Bath curtains were not available 4. Restaurent service was very poor 5. Restaurent responded fir consecutive two days that toaster for bread is not available and declined to toast bread by other means. Unprofessional behaviour 6. We expect refund has so far not responded to my email fot feedback on stay at HOTEL FOUR ELEMENT AT VARANASI. Dates 7 , 8 and 9 November 2025

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at Four Element Hotel with my parents during our visit to Varanasi. The staff were absolutely wonderful – polite, attentive, and always ready to help. I stayed in a junior suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The food was another highlight – everything we tried was delicious, and the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would love to stay here again on my next visit.
