From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The welcome staff are well trained to treat the guests with smiley wishes & expressions till you board off from your vehicle and collecting the baggage. The process of check-in at reception & greetings guests are also exceptional. Dropping of baggage in the room and explained all facilities entitled in the room. Further, the facilities are well satisfactory and more hygienic & clean. The room service is also very prompt & served with extremely satisfied. The location is very good in the city. Thank you and highly recommended to stay. And sure that nobody can disappointed.

What truly set this Hotel Friends Regency apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive and eager to assist. Any request i had was met with a smile, and their willingness to go the extra mile made my stay truly memorable. The cleanliness of the room and the entire Hotel Friends Regency was impeccable. I appreciated the efforts made to maintain a hygienic environment, especially during these times. The attention to cleanliness and safety protocols helped me feel at ease throughout my stay.

Everything about the Hotel Friends Regency was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was my 2nd time in this Hotel Friends Regency. All Hotel Friends Regency staff was very professional and helpful. Especially the front office guy. He gave me that room which is i want. Room service staff was very nice. Food also very tasty. I ordered for chill i mushroom and biryani. Chicken biryani was very delicious. Definitely i will visit again. And i will suggest to my all known. If anybody will go to ludhiana. Stay in friends regency only

There is no problem in finding the property. It is right opposite the police commissioner's office, the quality of food is also good.

The stay was good. Staff is also good. Cleanliness was also good. I will recommend the stay here. But hope they will provide the same services because previously when i was there the cleanliness and bathroom was not well cleaned. So it depends on their will hope they will maintain this reputation (cleanliness) from now onwards.

the Hotel Friends Regency room was nice, arid and spacious, room service was also really nice, food was great…chicken chicken is a must try and fries 🍟 were awesome….the best part was room was really aird smelled fresh. washroom was also spacious and very clean. it had the bath tub so +1

Everything is good & hygienic .

Rooms are spacious neat and clean. But didn't allow check-in at 12 pm and demand rs 500 for early check-in. This disappoints us. Will look for another Hotel Friends Regency in my next visit

Had good time. Staff was co-operative. Food was good along with good ambiance. Nearby all the prime outlets.

We stayed at friends regency for the second time, for 2 nights and i must say our stay was extremely comfortable. The food they serve is beyond comparison. And most importantly, its most affordable Hotel Friends Regency with a great service.

The stay was so comfortable that i can't explain in words. The room was beautiful and all the facilities are worth. The stay is highly appreciable, enjoyable and would definitely repeat it.
