Let me start by ranting about the price because seriously, it's the only thing they seem to care about. Oh no, it wasn't one of those dirt-cheap Oyo rooms for 600 or 800 bucks, nope, they had the audacity to charge for this dump. And let me tell you, it was worse than those bargain bin options. The moment I stepped into the room, it hit me like a ton of bricks – stench and cigarette smoke everywhere. Despite arriving a solid 6 hours late for the supposed check-in at noon, they couldn't be bothered to clean up. I had to ask them to spray some air freshener, which barely made a dent. And guess what? No complimentary water bottle, just a lousy 5-rupee soap, and when I asked for a basic shaving kit, they said that it would have to be ordered separately, ofcourse by coughing up some extra bucks. Then, the TV debacle. Turned it on, only to realize the setup box was missing. After a call, they brought one, which surprise, surprise, didn't work. They replaced it with another, but the channel selection was laughable. Oh, and don't even get me started on the bathroom – no hot water from the geyser, and the mini fridge? Forget about it. It's either TV or fridge, pick your poison. The cigarette fumes were so suffocating that I had to crack open the door at 3 am just to catch a breath of fresh air. And breakfast? Ha! you'd think they'd throw in a sandwich or two, but nope, had to shell out extra for that privilege. The only silver lining in this whole ordeal was the hotel's location – right on the main road, so at least parking wasn't a nightmare. But let's be real, that's not enough to salvage this disaster. This "Hotel FUN" – was a nightmare from start to finish.

Worst experience with make my trip. This is not your standard to tie-up with such hotel. Entire hotel is smelling like you can not even breath. They allotted me a room-on grond floor. Outsides are knocking my door to use my rooms washroom as it was coman washroom, with no privacy. What a worst experience, even i took swear, not to book any more hotels with makr my trip. Please keep your 6 % in your pocket, if you continue work with such hotels, it is advisable that this 6 % will help you once your company will get close. Stop advertising with ranveer and aalia and sped for your cilents satisfaction

Stayed in hotel good hygiene polite staff excellent food. Location is very nice recommend this hotel to my friends also.

No any soap in toilet for hand washing, towel are bad smell, no any bathroom sleeper here for toilet. Useghhhhh

Superb facilities with superb staff. Value for money

First, they denied check-in over phone, As Hotel guy has confusion over online booking, they thought booking from oyo so they denied but later clarified by Hotel staff and requested for check in. The washroom was stinking.

Control the rats. Rest is ok. Staff was very good.
