Hotel Gagan Palace

Happy with the service, I am a repeat visitor for this hotel. Rooms are well maintained only foods are little costly.

Location is ok but in a dusty area. They are giving services. But totally the effect of service is feeling not sufficient.

The decor was modern and pleasant, providing a cozy ambiance. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room size was a bit smaller than expected, which might be a consideration for those traveling with families or needing more space. Ambience to be improved, location is good but amenities shall be added food and service is good, cost vs amenities have to be balanced considering old hotel

Room is spacious not neat and clean, higenic ac is not working very old and dusty things are there inside room

Washroom chocking was there on the floor and basin. Everything else was nearly good.

It is suggested to provide more attention on maintenance of amenities like exhaust in toilet, fan in room, cleaning of blanket and bedsheet.

The hotel is walkable distance from the aiims 5th gate. Spacious room, hygienic and good, warm behaviour from the staffs. After seeing many bad reviews i was bit confused before booking, but to my surprise it was a good stay. Though i checked in late night 3am, the reception staff was awake and received nicely.

The hotel rooms are big. The room is dirty with a lot of dust. The toilets are old and not very clean. Most of the bathroom fittings are in a bad shape and leaking.

Didn't had any food, only tea, was good. Hygiene standards were not good. Wash room and complete room was dirty and spider web were a special attraction.

It was my worst experience in that hotel. I will not recommend it to anyone else.

Stay at your own carefulness. The plugs may fry your gadgets. Lost a laptop. Ac kept fluctuating.

Not satisfied. Management is not up to the mark

This hotel is old and requires complete renovation. Staff is good courteous and helpful. A complete turn around may happen post renovation.

In this range. Better rooms with with better cleanliness was available. Room was dirty. However behavior of staff was friendly and taste of food was good.

Rooms are very spacious, it would be better if they provide clean room to guests. Lot of hairs on the pillows, dusty tables and unclean toilets should be avoided.
