Hotel Gala Galaxy

I made a prepaid booking for 2 nos. Deluxe rooms in the Hotel Gala Galaxy for business travel. However, on arrival at the Hotel Gala Galaxy, we were informed that only 1no. Deluxe room is available and we were my colleagues were shifted in the family suit. Although the suit was large in size but was less maintained due to lesser booking for it and was not that comfortable. We tried to contact MMT as the booking was MMT assured but due to bad telephonic signals, the voice of customer support executive was not clear and we were forced to stay in that room. We never expect such things after making pre-paid MMT assured booking.

Location of the Hotel is very good. Check in process was very quick and the behaviour of front desk persons was very good. Room size is good with all basic amenities and necessary items. Though I was interested in suite room but that was not available and was allotted deluxe room, which was also good. Food quality was good. Breakfast had limited items but were very good. The commendable part is the service which was really excellent. Overall my experience was excellent and would like to stay again as and when get chance.

Hotel Gala Galaxy is the best Hotel Gala Galaxy in surrounding area in terms of luxury, cleanliness and spacious rooms. Even though the room tariff at Hotel Gala Galaxy reception is on higher side but MMT gave a great offer. The only issue was with the room service which was not very prompt. I had to remind them twice even for the small services required. One suggestion for management, please provide towels in room by default without being asked by guests.

I stayed for two days and the stay was very comfortable. I have been visiting Bareilly for past 12 years have stayed in almost every good Hotel Gala Galaxy but this is one of the best encountered. Breakfast was awesome with lots of variety and room service was awesome.

Good lunch, staff was too polite and kind. Will come back again in Gala Galaxy Hotel Bareilly. Everyone is too cooperative and helpful all staff was nice and we will groomed is it at good location. Wonderful smile. Would recommend to everyone.

We stayed here for 1 night. Easy check-in. Bon appetite food. Clean cozy classy decor Hotel Gala Galaxy. Ambiance perfect. Staff polite and cooperative. Breakfast delicious, tasty, and variety. 7 star experience. Thanks.

Overall was good. But they don't have all tv channels for entertainment. Guest have to watch those channels only what they have subscribed. For Hotel Gala Galaxys all channels should be available for entertainment.

It was a very nice stay. We booked 3 rooms and starting from the thermal temperature check ups everything was nice. Room service guy was very helping and polite. Its good to visit with your family or friends.

Over all good but not excellent. I suggest some improvement, service is better.
