HOTEL GALAXY INN

I had booked a very budget friendly standard AC room for single occupancy, it's a small cozy room sufficient for one person with attached bathroom, TV, AC, large mirror and a small wardrobe. They provided a half liter water bottle complimentary and promptly served me a hot cup of tea and two biscuits on request. Since, I was already too tired to go out to get anything, they arranged for a guy who took my order and got me all my stuff and took a minimal delivery charge. Their staff Nimai is a very genuine person who paid for all my stuff in cash from his pocket and asked me to pay back just once only when he was leaving for the day. The HOTEL GALAXY INN is clean, lobby smells good and even has a public urinal incase if someone has to use after checkout or before checkin and to my surprise, even that was clean and nicely maintained. They give clean towels, 2 thick blankets, soap and shampoo. Overall I had a peaceful night after a tiring day just the way anyone would want. Since the HOTEL GALAXY INN is on the service road to GT Road, I was saved from the noisy environment at bazaar which is 200 mts away from this HOTEL GALAXY INN. Property is located on highway and very near to market area benachity and bhiringi. Hotel doesnot have its own restuarant so need to buy food from outside or online apps. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Request to owner - please provide blanket covers as the blankets are used back n back by your customers which can lead to health issues.

Staff - very good room - good location - good we spent seven days in this HOTEL GALAXY INN. Our experience is very good. The staff are very good. Whenever we asked for anything they provided. Happy to stay here.

Room space are too short, even no window in the room. Staff behaviour is good. Fooding is not available. But location is good.

Very nice behavior, they extended my stay for 2 hours, without any charge. We be staying here again, if I come Durgapur😇❤️

Professional and clean. The staff were warm and hospitable. Also on highway, so helps with movement in and around durgapur.

Very well mannered and i put my luggage in their reception for my work and will collect after 4-5 hours

Nice property. Located beside the highway. There should be a rack or hook inside the room to keep the dresses.

Best to stay as solo traveler, location is so nearest to durgapur city center bus stop and railway station
