So this is old and dirty and unkempt. But the flip side is that the staff and the management are very friendly. They will do what they can to make you at home. The food is excellent (veg, andhra style, superb. It is very peaceful. The walls and the doors are old style and soiled and your neighbours do not disturb you. If you can have the room cleaned before hand then this is a friendly, affordable and peaceful stay. Thank you hotel ganesh

I was not given the room i booked for. Toilet is in terrible condition. The toilet bowl flush has been removed and not fitted back. The wash basin in a rusted state. Room clealiness is also bad. fan regulator is not working. Fan speed cannot be adjusted. It is uncomfortably always in full speed.

Very accessible from bus station. Cleanliness could be improved. Staff were courteous. Room checkin took a bit of time since i booked the room online - this could be improved, so that customers don't face any delays.

I had amended my stay and chose the wrong month in the amendment. No one bothered to call and ask why i haven't checked in. But definitely got a feedback prompt post stay dates. Paid for 3 nights for nothing.

One night stay at a dirty and rundown hotel. Rooms were not clean. Bathromm had broken flush. No soap or towel provided.

Not at all the hotel’s fault. I dont want to blame them. It is mm t issue where they should have checked the property before advertising. As the facilities promised for the cost we were paying was not what we received

Hotel moved me to another lodge. No soap or towel in the room and not provided also. Tv did not work. Hard bed. The hotel ganesh took revenge on me.

Location was wrongly updated, hence i was unable to reach the location. Called on contact number, no proper guidance. Hence blocked an other room. Please refund. I haven't checked in. Since unable to trace the location

Very old rooms and terrible bed, it's shaking the legs. Not comfortable for sleep.

The room was very old, with old toilet and old fixtures. The property did not have a parking space, since the property is on the main road it was difficult to find parking

Make my trip is cheating it’s customers by making us book such hotels for such prices

Soap, bath towel and bathroom sleepers were not provided and blanket provided was a bit dirty and dusty. Toilet was not properly equipped. There was no air ventilation.

We had pre-booked the room. Getting a room was difficult as the day coincided with guru purnima, a day when disciples of sri m guru visit madanapalle for paying obeisance to their guru. We were visiting for the same purpose. The location is excellent. Right in the centre of town and close to sri m guru’ ashram. They also have a restaurant which serves very good, sumptuous, breakfast. The staff was very helpful in checking in and checking out. Since it was a budget hotel, our expectations were modest. This was explained clearly by the owner Mr ramesh. He was honest and clear; which helped manage expectations. To our surprise the beds were squeaky clean and large. Linen was new. The mattresses were very comfortable and suitable for folks with back problems. We had plenty of hot water which was required for an early bath. In all, the owner, manager, and the staff were very honest and helpful. Had only one suggestion to make - they could upgrade their bathrooms.

On arriving at the hotel, the receptionist said that the rooms were fully booked. We showed the booking id receipt with all the details, but the receptionist behaved in a rude way. Made a call to the owner of the hotel and he came up with an alternative and arranging an another lodge nearby. He arranged a room where there wasn’t any fan, no ac, no proper cleanliness and maintenance. One of the worst experiences. The room which was arranged for us in another hotel wasn’t even worth the money we paid already through online and not even a single penny was refunded. Strict action should be taken for these kind of service.

Enjoyed south indian food. Very affordable economical stay. Very courteous staff. Note that hot water is available in only specified timing.

Location way okay. Service and staff were average. Room was small with not enough facilities.

Unclean room, washroom one of the worst, ants were crawling on the sheets.

Worst experience. I never thought make my trip cheat customers like this
