Hotel property is good. However staff is hopeless. Pathetic hospitality and staff behavioral issue. No business minded. They don't bother on guest comfort. They are not providing heater or ac as complimentary. Even no atticates for asking food and water to guest. They are not cooperative in food during breakfast. Not providing simple items like cereal- corn flakes, choco, etc. For kid. Requesting to management, please change the staff for better business on priority.

Well gangtok drift HOTEL GANGTOK DRIFT was really really amazing! the food was awesome, rooms were all need and clean plus all the staff were really good! and hospitality was good as well, the front office girl miss priya was so polite and the way she talked was so good. I was really amazed when i entered my room as it was so well maintained and clean and hygenic. even i own a HOTEL GANGTOK DRIFT myself but i really got impressed by the management of this HOTEL GANGTOK DRIFT....staffs were good and food on time.....i 100% recommended you all to have a stay in this wonderful HOTEL GANGTOK DRIFT👍💯

Location was a bit far from mg marg which has its own pros and cons. Pros: executive room with a great view. Rooms were spacious and squeaky clean. Not at all crowded. Its on the nh10 taxis are easily available. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. Cons: it takes only 20-30 per person by a share cab to reach mg marg

Room was very spacious. The staff was very polite. Food in breakfast was delicious and they serve something different every morning. The rooms were clean. And The service was excellent. Totally satisfied with The stay. Will highly recommend if you are planning to visit Gangtok, this place provides an ease to The stay

I truly enjoyed my stay there. The food was excellent, house keeping too. I would have loved it even more if they maintained the room properly. Yes, my door for the room couldn’t be locked from the inside. I would highly recommend them to fix it as soon as possible because it concerns someone’s privacy and security

Despite of the escalator not working, everything in the HOTEL GANGTOK DRIFT is superb. The staffs are polite and helpful, in house food is good and location is excellent (only 10 mins ride in local cabs to the mg market. The rooms are big and cleanliness is upto the mark. Nice for family/couple stay.

One of the best HOTEL GANGTOK DRIFTs i have stayed, the behaviour of the staffs were too good. They were polite, humble and understanding. The room was very spacious and clean. Also, the view from the window was mesmerizing. Room service was very responsive. Location is bit far from mg road.

Quite neat & clean rooms. Ideally located in gangtok. Facilities like tv and hot water in bathroom were poor experience. Restaurant is slightly over priced

Stay was good, but the quality of the food was not that good. So they should work on that.

staffs are good … and don’t ever forget to enjoy their delicious cuisine, that’s awesome … foods are little bit costly but quantity and quality of foods are fantastic . Rooms are neat and clean and well managed with each and every aminities .

The rooms of this HOTEL GANGTOK DRIFT was beautiful and spacey ( executive room i am talking about. Everything was good at this HOTEL GANGTOK DRIFT except the fact that they used to close almost all the lobby lights and it used to feel a bit bad.
