Bekar hotel, staff not good , hotel not suitable for corporates. and GST invoice not provided

We booked Garden Court Hotel in Hoshiarpur after seeing the glowing reviews and pictures online, but the actual experience was nowhere close. The facilities shown were misleading—especially the gym, which turned out to be a private gym, not for guests. Then why advertise it with pictures under hotel amenities? Totally deceptive! What really crossed the line was how my belongings were handled. I accidentally left my yoga mat bag inside the wardrobe behind the blanket. When I called, I was told the room was allotted to another guest and they’d check after they leave. That’s nonsense. Any decent hotel cleans the room thoroughly between guests—so either they’re lying or careless, or worse, they just don’t want to return it. Also, during our stay, we had kept our own coffee, milk powder, and ketchup pouches on the table—nothing from the hotel. When we returned, they were gone. Housekeeping clearly took them, yet they conveniently “didn’t see” a whole bag in the wardrobe? Sounds shady to me. Honestly, I wouldn't trust this place again. If you value transparency, good service, and the safety of your belongings—look elsewhere. This was a huge letdown.

I called the hotel just by booking it and asked if we can come late in night as we were in wedding function. But when we arrived late at location the gate of the property was locked and when we were calling on the number , nobody picked , later we have to found one number from internet and then we checked in

The problem of geyser not working is big. You can get only paratha for breakfast in the morning if possible. The gate is locked at 11:00 pm. After this, if you want to come, then the numbers given by makemytrip are not available.

Food is not available, the property is also not that much good it's good for a short stay for lounge stay not good

Secluded place, not safe for female travellers. Someone was ringing doorbell at 3 a. M. In the midnight. It was a scary experience to stay at this place.

Wonderful staff and services. Try their alloo parantha combo (100, you will love it. I will definitely travel and stay there again

Stayed for one night only. No tv was found in semi deluxe room. Room service was good. Food is supplied by outside restaurant.

Garden court is good hotel rooms are specious neet and clean only thing is they don’t have kitchen to offer food but arrange food on request from near by hotel over all good hotel

Room space is deluxe but the bedsheets, pillow cover not cleaned. It’s look like some one used already those bed sheets and pillow cover. Washroom and main room is full of with mosquitoes. Behave of the hotel staff is good. Overall we can say its not good experience.

Hotel was not bad. But need some improvement in cleanliness. Rooms and toilets were not that clean and not well maintained.

Good hotel for overnight hault. Clean environment. Rooms having basic amenities. Food to order in advance as hotel don't have restaurant. Food served from outside tie-up. Not much room service available.
