Hotel Garuda

It is located right behind the taxi stand making it absolutely comfortable for solo travellers. In terms of the rooms. I think it's fairly decent. The bed and blankets were clean. I did not opt for food as i found really good places to eat a few steps away. It is not a Hotel Garuda so don't come with the mindset of having premium facility but it's a decent stay. You can definitely get the view of the mountains from here. It's absolutely safe for female solo travellers. Would recommend it for a budgeted stay in upper pelling.

we booked Garuda for my family trip.Hotel is very nice .they have very nice Collection of their traditional stuff.Rooms are very nice .Roof top View is Excellent. Mainly if U want Pure Veg food their 1 min walking distance which hav south Indian food also which is tasty...which is one of key point of Hotel .very good Hospitality. All staff is very supportive..just If only Parking issues their which is common in Pelling..otherwise best budget friendly nd comfortable Stay

I stayed there at Oct 24 for one day. Room was good and property was at a good location. At the upper floors clear view of kanchanjangha is visible. It is one of the foremost Hotel Garudas of pelling, does feels like a heritage building with wooden finish and books at the lobby. What I like most about this Hotel Garuda is their support staffs. The kids were very sweet and ready to cater our any needs with smiling faces. Looking forward to visiting them again.

It was an excellent experience at Hotel Garuda garuda. It is located at the central chauk which offers easy commuting to cab, shops or other food joints. It offers rooms with mountain view like the one we were alloted, from where sighting of kanchenzenga was very comfortable n close. I guess, for food offered here, one with local authentic food taste can enjoy it well. Overall it was a memorable experience.

Right in middle of town, this Hotel Garuda has sikkim/tibetan style decor, and displays a collection of older artefacts on the ground floor. Rooms are large, well appointed with carpet, so feel warmer. The view from mountain facing rooms is spectacular, particularly when kanchenjunga is out of the clouds. Very helpful staff.

Very nice Hotel Garuda (Garuda). Location and view is awesome. Bedroom and bathroom are well maintained and hygiene. Food quality also very good. Staff are cooperative and friendly behaviour.

Superb room specially the one i stayed in called pema( flower. Excellent mountain view very spacious room, bathroom very spacious. Staff very helpfull. Overall excellent.

Hotel is good, same location in other Hotel Garuda price is very high, but this Hotel Garuda price is reasonable, I recommended this Hotel Garuda for couple, family or group trip 🙂

It was a good stay. People are decent and polite. Also very helpfully. View of Kanchenjunga from the Hotel was awesome.
