Hotel Gateway Grandeur

The room is nice, large and facing the main gs road. Staff is fast and professional. Gym is small and open for outsiders too, which makes it quite crowded. The swimming pool is in a wrong place and not maintained well. My stay of 2 nights and 3 days have been good. As always, the food tastes well here and options are plenty. One memorable incident i carry back - i have a habit of putting hair-oil on weekends before bath. Incidentally, i am not carrying one in this trip. I requested at the reception. The Hotel Gateway Grandeur doesn't have hair oil pouch with them, he replied. However, he came forward and offered his own hair oil bottle to me, which i used and felt very happy. Amazing hospitality! keep it up!

The Hotel Gateway Grandeur is situated at a great location which gives easy accessibility and also cab and transportation is easily available. The rooms are average for the price paid, service is good, polite, helpful staff, early checkin was accommodated without hassle, breakfast is good. One concern was the Hotel Gateway Grandeur had private parties and wedding during our stay, there was lot of noise, loud music till late at night also people creating ruckus on the hallway laughing, running around, commotion till 1. 30 pm, which was difficult for my elderly mom. We stayed in 5th floor.

The location of the Hotel Gateway Grandeur is excellent, right on the main road in christian basti, close to almost everything - malls, restaurants, shops, atms, etc. There is a very nice starbucks, next to the Hotel Gateway Grandeur. The rooms are decent at the given price and the food is good. People are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place for both business and families for one or two nights stay. I use the premium rooms which are spacious and good value for money.

Reasonably priced good stay option in central guwahati. The christian basti area is loaded with good restaurants, shops, banks, malls and a good place to stay in guwahati. The rooms are spacious and the service is decent. The food and breakfast is nothing great but at acceptable levels. Opt for rooms on higher floors at the backside of the Hotel Gateway Grandeur. The frontside is very noisy. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. Overall a good stay.

It was an amazing stay. We loved the room so much and the lights, the bed, the cabinet and the service was amazing. Loved the bathroom too, it was clean and sanitized. We enjoyed swimming cause it felt like it was a pvt pool ! so cool. We left few belongings after our check and when contacted they immediately responded and got our stuff safe w them. Such nice behaviour of the staff. Worth it

Amazing location, every major destination is near by, has good connectivity of local and private transport. The rooms are clean, large and came with a bathtub. A great destination for family functions but also short official leisurely stays. The morning breakfast buffet should not be missed. The ala carte lunch is good. The room service can improve.

Great location. Good vibes. Very spacious room. No view to speak of. Didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment. But the bathroom needs major improvement. Too dark. It's not a dry bathroom as the shower makes the whole space wet. I guess we don't care about that in india at this price range? friendly staff, especially the watchman/ bell boy.

Only warm water available in the bathroom. It is ideal to have a varied temperature range in the bathroom specially hot water. Hot water helps to reduce morning stiffness on the persons or patients with stiffness of back in the early morning.

The stay was quite good as the location and hospitality of Hotel Gateway Grandeur is awasome. My room was at top floor and from this, you can have the view of whole city

The view was good. Everything else was good for the price but the electric kettle was smelly. Kindly look into it and provide new ones.

Nice stay, well behaved staff, food to be improved and in my opinion some of the rooms need renovation
