The check-in, the service and the hotel experience was overall fine. But the hotel staff need to learn more about verification process regarding documentation as they called like 2-3 times to complete the verification. They are not aware that people from Tamil Nadu state do not use surnames, so they asked me for additional documents like PAN card. Rest of the service is excellent

Good hotel. Nice rooms with big space. 24 hrs supportive staff. I reached 2 am early morning. Checkin experience was good. Within 2 min they given me a room. Overall it's good hotel to stay for family & business traveller

I had a terrible stay at hotel gaurav lodging and boarding. The rooms were in poor condition, with a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom facilities were unsanitary, and the service from the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and i would not recommend this place to others.

Room cleaning is very bad, couple not comfortable in reception lobby, kindly told them to lobby rush

Untrained staff, unwelcoming behaviour at reception. I was late for the office due to no room service in the morning, as i called (over phone) at reception for a water bottle but the person said yes coming every time it lapsed around 30 minutes in wait of a water bottle, then i myself went to reception and took the bottle ever that time the staff said 'sir aa to rah a tha. Rude behaviour of reception staff. The toilet was not properly cleaned. In name of resturant in the first floor it was a bar/pub.

Break fast facilty is not in time. Last stay was also bad experience for breakfast delay in time

Overall good property. Well maintained rooms. Hot water is through solar which is commendable. Only morning tea will be served post 9:30 once kitchen opens. Some tea and coffee bags should be kept in the rooms.

Reached at 1030 pm had food but had to ask the reception for towels and accessories. The kitchen of the hotel does not open till 930 am hence we have to leave the hotel without even morning tea.

Delicious food and fast service

The reception is managed by housekeeping staff. No proper manager. Requested for jain food which they accepted but food served non jain. The reception guy says kitchen staff does not listen to him. Lot of noise were coming till 1am. Anyone can come and visit in any room. No security was visible. I fail to understand their high rating may be it is a paid promotion by mmt.

Room, wifi, service, food is good. Only thing is, they were not able to serve morning tea till 9:30
