Location is very good, food quality and taste is very good, no amenities to use, service is promot and good, but Make my trip my urge request to you do not take too much profit in these segments hotels, as per price room is not at all good.

Room conditions are too bad and services are very poor . I will suggest , new comer should not stay there .

Very bed experience to stay in this hotel, no toiletry given, bath tub nob(ढक्कन) not available, no ketley available, old interior, smell in room like smoke, mouse are there, exhaust fan not workin. Main thing we reached 7 o clock in morning, they took full payment of day, also 2 hours late check out they took half day pament

I am finding it very pathetic & terrible. Did not expect this kind of service & room quality. Fed up with that. 1. Sofa is dirty. Unused for many days. 2. No bathroom lock. 3. No geyser in the bathroom. How to get hot water in this chilly condition?

Very bad experience. Hotel furniture is very old and dirty. No basic maintenance done. In fact no complementary drinking water is provided in the room. No basic house keeping is done.

Hotel is located at prime location for site visit at delhi, however no hot water, and room can be even better in terms of neatness.

2 days stay, maintenence very poor. Tv provided but not functioning, remote battery not working. Toilet flush was not working, hot water for bath not provided, immersion rod given.

They gave false declaration that it's a deluxe room. Actually the room is just a couple bed; too small and dirty. They should be punished for this lie. Toiletries were not served. Hotel staffs aren't supportive; did not want to give power to ac and hot water supply. They were saying they'd connect to hot water machine only in morning time. Wifi was not working. Every time we had to ask for these things and even after that staffs were reluctant.

Worst experience, rooms are not maintained good, don't book based on pictures kept on google not real, entirely different from real pics, mainly not maintained in a good manner, no hot water facility, poor cleanliness.

Suffocating rooms and very very old rooms cleaning not properly and room service is average over all poor and average

I stayed in this hotel many times. Some room are of good quality. Food quality is far better. Receptionist rahul 's behaviour is very good

Location was near to new delhi railway station and we can get convenes easily. Food we ordered was nice and room was clean

Average hotel washroom was not good you have waste three bucket of water to get hot water. Washroom tap was faulty and even i door mat was not there on washroom door. Fridge was not working
