Staffs are good and cooperative, only problem with cockroaches, found roaming even in toilet

Small hotel, clean setup, staff has good behaviour, food is ok too. Property location is near about UPES university, no other amenities available like indoor games for kids or swimming pool, lobby etc. This hotel is idea for 1-2 stay when you are going for some biz or work purpose.

It is comfortable to stay in this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Linens are clean. I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is good. The hotel is away from market place. There is scope of improvement for the restaurant. Overall i enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Hotel and staff was very good. I enjoyed my stay there. It was clean and on very nice location with very nice view. Parking is very safe and clean.

The hotel is little inside from the main road (10 mins walking dist.) The rooms are very well arranged and maintained. Washroom was spacious enough and it was clean. Good lights in room. The ambience of their restaurant also gives great vibes. We actually wanted to have chicken in dinner but they didn't have it, so we ordered dal makhani, Jeera rice & clear soup. Food was tasty. Overall experience was good! 👍

I had a test and was looking for a place to stay. Found gems inn on google maps. The reviews and the pics were good so opted the hotel. Stay was good. Staff was helpful.
