Abhitendra at reception was very helpful and informarive. Shivani and vicky at restaurant were amazing. Newly built property with four star interiors and bathroom fittings. Location very good if the purpose is to stay at calmer place away from city noise and bustling. Tons river at walking distance. Overall value for money and a very comfortable stay. Three cheers to the team.

Our stay In Gems inn was absolute bliss. With extremely polite and courteous staff. Special mention is to be made regarding the laundry manager Mr. Deepak who ensures that the guests are at absolute comfort. The Hotel Gems In is managed In an exemplary manner by Mr. Ravi Chauhan who has great managerial skills and gives an adept solution to any issue. The best part is that he enquirers regarding the comfort of stay every now and then. Would love to stay again. Definitely recommended.

The Gems inn Hotel Gems In was well maintained. The room had the facilities like tea maker and the bathroom kit. Noteworthy was the service offered by the GM Mr. Ravi Chouhan and his staff. They were very courteous. We had breakfast from the Hotel Gems In. The parathas were very nice. Also the chicken tikka for the dinner was very juicy. Courteous and helpful, lively staff. At times they do make adjustments to make the stay comfortable the facility is clean and follows covid protocols. Food is good, for long stays gives a feel of home cooked food. Some change in daily breakfast menu will be appreciated. Another facility that can be made available is transport to up-es both individual and on sharing basis. This will add value to the Hotel Gems In. Definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is new property and it opened just one month back and stay here is very good, clean, easy to locate and especially very near to UPES. Staff in the Hotel Gems In are very cooperative and great hospitality. Food is OK but the prices are very very high and for the price quantity is very less. Except the food price and quantity it is a very good Hotel Gems In to stay.
