Hotel German Palace, Airport

It is not a hotel. It is a lodge type property. No ventilation. Bad smelling rooms. No maintenance. Linen are not clean and fresh. Unprofessional staff. Unhygienic.

Poor service response by staf no one intrasted to response properly ...,.........no one book for the hotel

Hospitality was excellent and very supportive. initially room was not so good but they have upgraded the room and it was very good room.

Durty language uses me, I need cold water , they provide normal water, the reception person is asking for extra money for cold water, i comply in the morning again but did not respond

Very bad experience. Service was poor. Property was not good, rooms were not good, property immdeiateld needs renowation, water leakage in bathroom.

The food and Stay was really good. Especially staff behaviour in the reception as well as in the restaurant was so generous.

disgusting rooms, stained lenin, like they have not cleaned for ages, bad room design. a pillar right in middle of the room in between beds, broken handles of bathroom, can not open from inside. never ever.

During a brief overnight layover, I encountered some deficiencies in the bathroom facilities. Initially, hand soap was unavailable, but upon request, a refilled bottle of hand wash and shower gel was provided. However, the following morning presented a more significant issue as the toilet was non-functional due to a lack of flushing water. Not worth the price.

Located on highway service road. The room is good and cozy, though size is small. Neat furniture. Food was good. Hotels main focus is on meetings and wedding's.

Hotel is not according to photos shown, also not having proper staff not providing valet parking bathroom accessories not available in bathroom bath room door also broken after requesting they come in 2 hours not even 2 star we can give only 1 star category rude behavior of employees

Stay is good actually whole day i was busy for my work outside only come in night sleep and early morning again go outside busy with work but over all good experience, cleaning little bit have to improve plumbing part also need, staff is good.

Location is good, between ahmedabad and gandhinagar. Room size small, otherwise amenities are good. Rooms clean, good washrooms.
