It's a good hotel for a budget friendly stay but for those who are looking for luxury and ambience it's not for you. The staff are good and the location is calm. The building is old school and generation

Poorly maintained property. Very old property. The bathroom door was damaged and can't be locked from inside. Tv was not working. No service for tea/coffee. Location is ok.

Hotel didn't had any food facilities n washroom was not good at all all the taps leaking n not hygienic

The cleanliness part is top notch and much appreciated, the staff behaviour is very good and polite. The manager is very helpful and supportive. Our bus reach early morning hours so we need to check in at 4:30 am, the staff and the manager both opened the gate and helped us in checking in at 4:30 am. Thanks for that.

Average hotel facilities and staff services. Rooms are good but have old type facilities. Food are available after 8 am so if you need to go early won’t help

Location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the panchgani market and bus stand. As there is no free breakfast included, have not tasted the food.

Stay was comfortable. Hotel is clean but it is not msinted properly recquires color and approach road should be imroved.

Location of the property is good like it was near by market area, but hotel room are unclean, light fixture was broken, bathroom was horrible, room was not not painted since 10 year i guess. Tv was there in room but was not working. Hotel having food facilities but way to costly. Overall experience was average.

If you are looking only for sleeping & using washroom that to without much expectations then only book this hotel. Not value for money. No hot water & also tv is not working. No dining facility.

Superb staff and very helpful. Location is absolutely wonderful and just 100 m walking distance from panchagani market place.

No proper food service. I have booked for ac room but given non ac room where we can't open window because monkey are there. Any nice location and room was spacious can accommodate 3people easily. Overall stay was ok. Not too good not bad. Bathroom was cleaned and hygiene.

The location is very good. Having all facilities at a nearby distance but not in a noisy location. Staffs are cooperative and cordial. Respond even at late night for any issue.
