Hotel Gitanjali

First, let me admit, I messed up when I did the booking... Saw a single room at an unbelievable price & booked, without checking the details or the room pics. The location of the Hotel is fantastic, bang in the middle of the town, with proximity to bush-land, station, hospitals, etc. Needless to say, I was a tad disappointed by the size of the room & it's miniscule attached Bath. The room & the attached Bath were clean, though the toilet seat was broken & geyser disconnected. Behaviour of staff, especially Manager Amrita, is excellent. If you inform them in advance they will ensure your food is kept hot even if you reach the Hotel Gitanjali beyond normal service hours and food can be somewhat customized as per your request. Breakfast is complimentary for all rooms, though the spread is minimalist but fulfilling. Overall, value for money if you stay in some of their better rooms. The Hotel Gitanjali has an 8 am check out, probably to assist travellers reaching the city from Siliguri or Kolkata early in the morning. I would like to stay again in this Hotel Gitanjali, provided I get accommodation in their double bed room.

Good stay for professionals at Malda. Good food. Rooms with good required facilities. Clean everything. Good communication. Its a perfect stay for professionals. Its located in a market place which is added advantage. Stuffs are polite and helpful. I enjoyed my little stay at this Hotel Gitanjali. Early check in is a slight issue which can be developed in future its my slight suggestion which being considered. Quality of the amenities are effective and good. Behaviour of the stuff is good also.

Location is good in a market place, Food is excellent in Malda comprising, Room service is not very good, need improvements in customer relationship and managements. Room and room outside cleanliness need Improvement. And specially mansion the time of check out should be 24 hours after the time of check in. Or At least for 12. 00pm check out.

I stayed in single AC Room which is equipped with all standard facilities but small in size. The room was clean including bed sheets, towels etc. Truly washed. Though very tiny, the toilet was also very clean and fitted with Geyser. I must appreciate the room service and the staff were very co-operative. Food I had ordered was also tasty.

Stayed for 1 nights while on a business trip in Boise. Room was very comfortable and clean. Front desk personnel were friendly. Breakfast was fine. Movie theaters and eating ... This Hotel makes a good first impression. The lobby is attractive and includes a fireplace. The staff at the front desk were very nice.

One of the best Hotel in Malda. Very good location & rooms with all required facilities. Food was awesome but overpriced. But management should take more care of cleanliness of the rooms. Regarding the room service, I am satisfied. But I asked for an extra bedsheet which they was not able to provide.

An economical Hotel Gitanjali ideal for a business trip, good location and decent staff. Great location and facility of early mornings check ins. Rooms are good and the ad is chilled. The restaurant is also worth a try. Big led TVs with geyser will add to your comfort. Highly recommended.

The Hotel Gitanjali location is good. Room quality also good. Value for money. Service is also good. Amenities are good & as per requirement. Only one thing is lift is up to reception. From reception rooms are three floors above by narrow stairs. No lift.

Value for money. Room is small. Amenities are there but no maintenance. Wall is spotted with spit. No mosquito repellent is provided. Result mosquito bite at night. Staff are good. Main things lack of maintenance.
