Zero Amenities, Service poor, location non preferreble . my humble request to MMT please choose better hotels in raiganj and am assuring you can find better in same budget

This kind of constant interference, questioning our every move, — not hospitality. It was invasive, judgmental, and crossed all boundaries of professionalism. We are mature professionals who came here for work, not for any inappropriate reasons as they seemed to assume. Their behavior made us feel disrespected — it was exhausting and humiliating. I will never consider staying at this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone who values basic dignity and privacy.

The service provided by the hotel is terrible. They don't even provide drinking water. Moreover if you ask for tea, they'll get you after an hour. The AC in the room doesn't work, the Tv doesn't work, the bathrooms are smelly. every aspect of the hotel is disgusting. Never going back again!!

Room is total dirty. no tv in the room breakfast included only 1 boiled egg 4 pcs bread toast and 1 tea. no other option of food.

Every staff in the hotel behaves badly. The bathroom facilities are also very bad. The AC is not cold.

Very poorly maintained property, washroom condition is very very bad, splitting tobacco spot everywhere. Not recommended at all

Good place near bus stand rail station.

Not well maintained. Door handle was broken. Bathroom mirror was dirty without clean visibility. Had to ask for the daily alloted water bottle every day. But it has a great location and good for a nights stay. However, the staffs were able to support at their limited capacity.

No amenities provided- dental kit and soap too. No restaurant available- food quality very poor, got food poisoning. Room quality- below average, feels like lodge. There is nothing deluxe all rooms are same( poor quality) checkout time is 8am. Everywhere it's 10am or 11am. No room cleaning. Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs or 2 butter toast. For that they are charging two days. All in all its very bad to stay over there.

Overall ok. Service issue. Bad smell of blanket. No option of breakfast. Staff behaviour very good.

Faced issue while check in and after wait 1 hr got approval for check in when i entered in room no drinking water available. In complimentary breakfast they forget to serve and when i called manager said wait we are trying. Poor experience

1. Bathroom size very small 2. Location is not clean due to bus stand. 3. No breakfast option, only 4 pc bread with 1 boiled egg. Veg option not available. 4. No charging point near bed. 5. Tv provided for formality, recharge not done. 6. Staff behaviour was good but points highlighted above needs to be corrected
