please take my advice Never ever go and stay this hotel. Very poor experience no water supply and very very dirty check my image. and also charge extra money.

The staff are very courteous and very loyal. During our stay I just misplaced some cash in my trousers that I had sent for laundry. The staff were kind enough to get the cash back to my room in person. This is well appreciated. They stay and the food is excellent. Thank you for adding on to good memories.

There is no amenities at all, bed sheet with dirt, with bed bugs. Washroom are pathetic, room was stinking.

The hotel is simply amazing. Room is spacious and the washrooms are hygienic. The staff is extremely pleasant (specially the reception and shift managers). The bell boys are well mannered and helpful. I had to get my shirt ironed and they managed to get it done for me - at 11 in the night. The food is made by order and is fresh and tasty !! The help and support extended by the hotel made my stay outstandingly memorable. Wish I could give them more than five stars....

it's worst room, I don't know on what basis MMT recommends as MMT auusuarad. due to this hotel experience i have changed my next hotel booking those done through MMT as picture and hotel has to be ensured by MMT the. MMT assurance need to define. I have cancelled booking of 8500 and done with adani one app which doesn't recommend such hotel in their list also. We believe in MMT and which is the worst on this trip. The worst experience and I believe on MMT assure and done booking. Due to this experience I have done cancellation for the next 2 days booking. And done booking with adani one who is not at all having this hotel on enrolled. Next 2 days experience is good in ITC welcome hotel.

Structural improvement required Cleanliness should be improved.

Room are very old structural renovation is required. Location is very good, food also fine regarding taste and quality. Amenities are very poor. Bed sheets are torn. Room is full of dirt.

Really great hotel on the luxury side. Rooms large, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Common areas great, three restaurants I believe - dinner in the main restaurant on ground floor magnificent. Breakfasts are buffet - fantastic.

Great hospitality, excellent room service, and ambience. The staff is always polite and helpful. The room is quite comfortable. The bed and the pillows make me go into deep rest. The breakfast is incredible! Global Inn is definitely my favorite hotel in Delhi. Highly recommended.

Bathroom is sketchy, room is okay. Staff is cordial. Approach is dirty, which is not the hotel’s fault. Otherwise, if you’re on budget, you may consider this hotel.

the stay was very travel reasons as follow 1. it looks like a hotel from outside but inside its a guest run by oyo 2. ⁠no towels in room 3. ⁠no water bottle 4. ⁠no soap in washroom 5. ⁠staff not coperative

The hotel is not good even does not deserve the one start.

We changed two rooms to settle in final room. 1st room had too much cigarette smoke. In 2nd room ac was not working. 3rd room had tap leaking n wall paint was damaged due to leaking water.
