very very very very very very............ bad hotel. very very very very very very............bad staff. image showing on booking is totaly different from actual. Room's telephone not working, TV not working, Bathroom smells like nala. No room cleaning. Cockroch is roaming in room. Me with my family was very upset from this hotel. My suggestion - don't stay in this hotel.

Worst experience ever. First they gave dirty room without looking glass in bathroom and when ordered tea, it came in kettle which was not cleaned properly. On compliant with mmt the changed room which make me wonder as I have already paid hence the room. But there is only change of room but not the condition as I got same kettle when I again ordered tea.

It was a good and average type of experience. Room was clean and size of the bathroom was a bit small. Wifi facility was available and room service was also good. You can even visit the roof area for morning and evening time.

Good choice for a budget friendly family Hotel

The Hotel is within 5-minute walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station. We booked one 4-bedded and one double-bedded room. The rooms are good but there are some problems with the AC and TV. The TV was not working in one room and the AC sounded heavy all night in the other room. The staff tried to fix the same, but failed. However rooms are generally clean and the room service was satisfactory. Location is good but not on the main bazar road. One has to walk through the lanes for 2 mins. Overall, the stay was good, and the facility of the hotel was appropriate for the money charged.
