When we entered the hotel, the person at the reception was extremely rude. We had gone there as a group of five and only wanted to keep our bags until evening, but he flatly refused and claimed that we had booked the room when their system was down, denying us entry altogether, then we booked another room and he allowed us. The rooms were in terrible condition, unclean, unhygienic, and not properly maintained. The washrooms were equally bad and unhygienic. Honestly, I wouldn’t even pay ₹100 for such rooms. Overall, the place lacked basic cleanliness and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid such shady hotels.

My experience was dissappointing due to following isse 1)Location is good 2)The room was bad no properly and very bed smell form matters and 3) Hotel water not available in room

The stay was good, room was clean and with all basic amenities provided and the staff was was behaved.

The bathroom pipe goes block which cause the outflow of water in room which annoyed me. The shower of bathroom was leaking and the toiket seat was not clean. the mattress shows lije they haven't changed from last stay. so i think there could be a better option in same rate nearby.

I reached the hotel very late in the night , around 4 am, I was promptly given a room. The room was clean , bathroom was clean given the charges I paid, they helped me book a taxi to the airport as well

Very poor service, unsupportive management, very dirty rooms, my recommendation dn’t use there tour packs given by hotel.

Stayed for 2-3 hours as a transit stay. The hotel is at the city center but looks like dharamshala. Low lights, stinking bathrooms, flush not working and unprofessional staff.

Very untidy room. Especially the floor room very small and not clean staff behaviour very rude.

Hotel management takes extra money other than paid before at a time of booking. They give our room to other and gave poor service.

It was a good stay . all staffs were cooperative and all facilities were available at door step. A big Thank you to all the staffs ❤️

a room which we have booked they haven't provide us that room we have booked for four persons and they have provided us 3 person room and saying that you have to mannage and add extra bed sheet.

Not good hygiene and staff and bathroom

Decent hotel for budget stay, rooms are good, safe, clean washrooms, 24hr hot water supply which is very essential in winters, located in main city and close to main tourist attractions. Plenty of food options nearby. Most important is the polite and helpful behavior of the staff.

Very bad service in hotel and service staff is not good behaviour

Their are no complaints, the stay was ok.
